They found a way to squeeze me in between appointments on same day notice. Chris was my technician and his service and professionalism was top notch!! The pricing was as fair as it gets. We had a gas leak with the fireplace and was told by SoCal gas that the wall would need to be removed for the repair. Chris was able to fix it in 15 minutes without any kind of demolition. Highly recommend for quality of customer service, price, and efficiency!!

They don't return phone calls!!! My husband called twice, early yesterday afternoon (Thursday) and again this morning (Friday) requesting plumbing service and his calls were never returned! I tried myself today and same thing! All I got was a recording with no information about when they would be back. I really do not understand how a company with a five star rating on Yelp can't even take care of returning a phone call!!!

Our termite inspector notified me there was a leak under the house so of course I wanted it fixed ASAP. I lost time while trying to get ahold of my regular plumbers who never called me back. Finally I gave up and looked on Yelp to find Purdy Plumbing. With out my even asking for emergency service, Purdy called me back immediately and came when it was convenient for me. The work was completed within three hours and at a fair price by Chris who made no complaint when he had to go under the house and work in a very small dirty crawlspace.
