In my 20 years of experience with trying different companies, the professionalism and excellence demonstrated by Chris was unparalleled. He was courteous, attentive, and super friendly towards my parrot. It is very rare for my parrot to bond with anyone; Chris bonded with my parrot in less than five minutes. This demonstrates his wonderful personality on the job.

His experience towards his work as well as the obvious love for his job was amazing. He really put pride in his work; this is a rare achievement for anyone in the modern world.

I will recommend this company to all my friends as well as to my neighbors who have pipe issues.

Gas company shut off our gas due to apparent gas leak in garage in early December. Called Purdy to diagnose and repair the leak. Technician came out and diagnosed problem for $250. Quoted an additional $650 to repair the leak behind the wall in the garage (to replace 8 feet of gas line, 4-5 hours required).

We called another company for a 2nd opinion. They came and repaired the leak in 1 hour, performing a less thorough, but effective repair. Gas company came out and turned the gas back on. All is working fine.

Would recommend Purdy's Plumbing to anyone I know.

Had to get our laundry room plumbing redone. This included recessed laundry box, new copper water lines, new ABS drain line and standpipe to replace the original galvanized steel in our 1955 home.

I was able to schedule an estimate and met Chris for the first time. He was on time, polite and responsive. He walked me though various options, giving me ""in a perfect world"" scenarios that would accomplish my end goal and helped be understand what would be best for the longevity of my home. He left me an estimate with a very detailed explanation of the work that would be done. I left a message later that evening with the main office asking to schedule service.

I got a return phone call the next morning saying they could schedule it 2 days later on a Saturday (which was perfect).

Again Chris arrived on time at 0900 and began the work. He gave me an estimated finish time and began the job. Even while running into unexpected original plumbing he explained how he would adjust his plan of attack and continued. Chris was a great guy and I appreciated his thorough nature and attention to detail. When he finished he cleaned up his work space and left it tidy and neat.

I know good work and customer service when I see/feel it and I have no reason to ever bid out plumbing again. I just found MY plumber. Thanks again Chris and the Purdy Plumbing Team,Happy Holidays!

Purdy Plumbing was fantastic! Ryan and both the technicians (Robert and Chris) were fantastic. Some of the most courteous and professional guys I have been able to work with. The work was done thoroughly and at a great price. We had a mainline stoppage from roots and needed to install cleanouts in the main in addition to hydrojetting. They are definitely going to be my go-to plumbers from here on out. They went above and beyond what any other company offered to do (I got quotes and advice from four different companies), and I felt like I was being told straightforward how it was rather than trying to be convinced to do something more expensive that was necessary (like some other companies had tried to do)
