We were in a rental home, and the landlord was not responsive. Whenever we would flush the toilet, poop would come up in the tub. When we washed clothes, the garage would flood and the dirty water came up in the kitchen sink. The landlord was not responsive, so we called Pur Plumbing at 7 pm on Tuesday night. At 8 pm, he was there, and he came back the next day. The price was reasonable, although he had to honestly tell us that the problem couldn't be fixed without tearing up the walls and digging up the foundation (a previous tenant had apparently put concrete and rocks into the system). We moved out of the rental house, and purchased a home. Every home has a few issues, and we wanted to find ours and deal with them. We called Pur Plumbing again. Again, he came right out and got to work. He fixed several small things and also replaced the water heater, which we knew was at the end of its life when we purchased the home. He actually talked us out of the more expensive continuous supply water heater and made sure that our needs were met for less than half the cost. He is honest, responsive, and always pleasant. He even wrote a report about the issues at the first house that convinced our landlord to let us out of the lease.

I called to get a quote to add a laundry room in my house in an extra room, spoke with Maryann who scheduled me on Friday I get a call from Lisa the same night saying they don't do estimates on Fridays and would have someone out on Monday between 10-11. Monday comes around and someone comes to my house at 10:39am to be exact and looks at the room tells my wife he will send a quote and verifies my email. I call Monday night asked if I can get a quote sent to me. Check the next morning and get nothing. Called this morning and asked for the quote to be sent to my email since I didn't get it last night and wanted to make a decision. Maryann proceeds to tell me that no one came to my house and they have no record of it I inform her that I have a ring doorbell and said the truck was outside my house and a man came to my house yesterday morning she says well we have no records of it and that she will send someone out today to look and give me a quote. At this point I'm annoyed and mad because they wasted my time and i informed her I do not want them coming back to my house if no one remembers coming to my house the day before.

Rip off! Couldn't find the problem with a tankless water heater, after two service call charges ($280); even after Doug came out. Now they won't return my calls. Paul lied about his ability. But kept the money.

Excellent service, smile, knowledge! I love this company hands down! One of the best! I am utterly happy I chose PUR Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Let's talk about the fact that Doug is always on the know for the latest and greatests gadgets in the plumbing market. He also knows everything and I mean EVERYTHING there is to know about water heaters and tankless water heaters and what is the best one to install. Never attempt to do this job on your own like we did and then had to hire someone! But I am sure glad we found Doug!

Showed up for a leaking water heater. Checked and said it was in warranty. Showed up the next day and installation done by Charlie, a wonderful young man. Very pleased with the service.

Rude, bait and switch, unprofessional liars and thieves. They even have a FAKE ADDRESS in Tampa so you think they are sending a rep from an office nearby. They came 2 hours late without calling. They overcharged me. Their plumber, Paul Blackniak, tried to physically intimidate me. Their office rep, Maryanne, was petty, unprofessional, rude amd contiually lies to people. Getting my bank involved for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
