Steve (owner) and Kevin (tech), who fixed the dishwasher issue, are fantastic! I called Steve because the dishwasher was showing an error code. The LG tech who came by was completely useless. Spoke to Steve, he had Kevin out in 15 minutes to diagnose the issue. Quickly tried a few things and figured out that the value/washer was broken and blocking the water to the dishwasher. Gave me a follow-up appointment to fix the issue within 48 hours, came by today and Kevin did a great job, replacing the old water copper pipes, replaced the hose going into dishwasher, properly installed the dishwasher (which the LG guy messed up), left the area clean and explained everything on his way out. Thanks, Steve and Kevin! Relying on LG was an utter waste of time. Super responsive, on-time, attention to detail, and reasonable price!

I have a 140-year-old house in Cambridge, and I've been using Stephen Puopolo for almost 20 years now. I can't count how many times he and his crew have saved my butt, both with plumbing and heat. I've had him do big jobs like relocating steam radiators, replacing century-old drainpipes, replace a gas boiler, replace and tile a shower. His work is always first-rate, he's a pleasure to work with, and his crew are always friendly. I highly recommend him.

I have written a review on E Puopolo and Son in the past and I so regret my words. It was a negative review but I return with nothing but positive words about this company! I have such regrets about my previous review. These guys saved my life recently. I was away and it was so cold that my pipes froze and water leaked all over my basement. The heat and hot water needed to be turned off during this recent cold snap. My daughter was home with no heat or hot water! They came to our rescue! They came (even after my negative review) and fixed everything. It was a disaster and they fixed the burst pipes, cleaned up the flooding, and and repaired all the problems. It was not even as expensive as I would have imagined it would be! I feel very grateful to them and very apologetic for my previous comments. I hope they know how appreciative I am! Thank you E Puopolo and Son!!! They saved our home!

I needed a Washer/Dryer replaced, and E. Puopolo could not do it (sadly, because this company has provided excellent service in the past). But Stephen responded immediately, and he helped me find another solution. This is a very reliable & respectful team and business, and a pleasure to interact with. Also - in this day and age when we could all use a bit more kindness in our days? Yup - i found it today w/this interaction.

Today I made an appointment and they never showed up. They have serviced me for a number of years and they have mostly done an okay job. However, they once put a new seal on the toilet and it broke and the toilet flooded into the ceiling. So at this time I don't have very high ratings to give them and I will be finding another plumber. They were also very abrupt and one could say rude on the phone.

A guy named Steve contacted me and told me that he would come at 9am today to meet me at the work site. I took time off from work and got there at 8:50 and had waited for 45min. He didn't show up. I called a few times and left voicemail. For the whole day no one got back to me :(. Bad experience. Will avoid them in future.
