Wow! I contacted the business at 420 pm on a Friday thinking it probably wouldn't be addressed until next week. It wasn't an emergency. The owner sent a representative within a half hour. He took a look at sink leak and said he could fix it this evening. Best part is the price is so reasonable! It's Friday evening at 5:21 PM. The best service we have had for any house repairs ever! We have had several contractors in our home and this company blows them all away! Lary was so cool and friendly and respectful! An asset to the company! We would rather call Punk Rock than our home warranty company! Less stress! Thank you Mikey and Lary!

Really enjoyed the entire process of working with these guys. They responded so quickly, got us taken care of same day and at a very reasonable price. We had a shower spout go out and couldn't use our shower so it was something that needed to be done asap, and these guys delivered.

It's so great getting to work with people and support small businesses during this Pandemic. We wish these guys the best and will definitely be calling them again!

Called Dave and he responded the next morning to replace a shower valve cartridge. No estimate was offered or given and the finished price was $350.00. We have used them before and their prices were fair, but this price is outrageous to replace a $30.00 shower cartridge and 15 minutes worth of work. Won't be calling them back . . .

This company was referred to me by my son in laws uncle. At the beginning of November we had water in our downstairs bathroom. We called this company and Jeff came out. He told me we had a slab leak and we needed a reroute. I had no choice but to get this fixed. He did the reroute for $2,750.00 and than told me we needed a ball valve pressure regulator, that was another $650.00. After the work was completed and he left, we checked all the bathrooms to see how the water was working. We found that our upstairs bathtub had no water coming out. I called Jeff and he came right back to check it. He said the we needed a Pressure Balance Cartridge and wanted another $350.00. Mind you this bathroom was working just fine before the reroute. I told him no, I felt like he was nickel and diming me. I found the part at Home Depot for $26.00, I purchased it and called another plumber out to fix it. After replacing the part we still had no water coming out. The new plumber said that I should call the previous plumber out to check it since that was not the problem and the reroute had a leak. That cost me $150.00 for that visit. I called the owner of the Punk Rock and they never called me back, they had Jeff call me. I told Jeff what happened and he came out, he fixed the leak, however he said we needed another reroute from our laundry room to our water heater. He wanted to charge me another $950.00 , I told him no that I needed a to get a second opinion. He said fine, than he asked me if he did it for $750.00 would I do it. I told him yes. He started the process and than asked me if I could wait until January 6th due to the fact he was leaving out of town and had a big job waiting for him when he got back, he would charge me $650.00. I reached out to him today and he asked me to refresh his memory. I started to tell him and he said oh yeah I remember but I now have to charge you $950.00. I said what, you said $650.00. he said yeah I know but everything has tripled and I have to charge you $950.00. I told him he was crazy and I would call the owner. He said go ahead and call him. I left a message for the owner and waiting to hear back. Do Not Use this company, they are a JOKE. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. PLEASE DO YOURSEFL A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER.......

These guys are amazing. Mikey and his crew did a repipe wbd they did a fantastic job. They even provided a follow up call a week later to check on things. Very happy with them and highly recommended

We have used Punk Rock plumbing multiple times and would recommend them to anyone. Mikey has been there anytime we needed him, from a clogged toilet to a water heater. His work is great, his prices are spot on and beyond that he is an amazing guy with the best sense of humor. We are lucky to have found the best plumber in town!! You just won't find better.

I've utilized PRP many times over the years. I've always gotten quick professional service at very reasonable prices. Each employee I've had the pleasure of meeting has always gone the extra mile and has demonstrated resounding respect. As a woman, it's hard to find companies in the service industry that won't take advantage of your lack of knowledge. During this pandemic, I came across a Facebook video from the owner that left me amazed. He extended help out to the elderly in his local area.... any elderly in need of a ride or anything else of reasonable nature could call PRP, and they would help anywhere they could. WHO DOES THAT???!!!! Punk Rock Plumbing! If I ever find myself in need of a plumber again.... I'm calling you!

These guys are awesome. They are super fast and extremely reliable. They repiped my mobile home and I couldn't be happier with the new filter system that was installed.
