So sorry I didn't see these reviews prior to paying them. They may have some skill and a license but they are better at being con artists. They gave me a contract highly weighted in their favor and I agreed to pay two installments against my better judgment. Now I'm out the money, the job is not finished and Michael from MRM Mechanical is nowhere to be found, meaning I left several messages and texts.

I found them through Angi's List. MRM Mechanical responded by cell phone. I communicated entirely with Mike, via that number either speaking with him or texting over several days. I also paid him over the phone when he called me from his cell number.

When the project ran into trouble, there was nothing but crickets from MRM Mechanical. Well, this review got their attention and finally I have quite a few texts from them. Here's Mike's last: ""When I'm on the clock I answer the phone, when I'm off I'm just off. That's why we have a customer service number.""

So, be sure to notate the customer service number, because I had no idea they even had one, and he has no voicemail message on his cell for when he's off the clock.

I hired MRM Mechanical to replace my water heater and bring everything up to code. After many issues, communication problems and canceled appointments, I am still waiting almost 2 months for the job to be completed. The invoice clearly stated that the job would be completed within 1-2 days. I would not recommend.

How is this company in business??
I called at 4pm on Sept 22 due to issues with my guest bathroom toilet. Michael answered promptly, and I explained the problem. He asked for a good time to come by, and I responded with 'ASAP'. He told me he could be out at 8:30am on Saturday, and I told him that would be perfect, as we were having a party that afternoon. 8:45 came and went, and by 9, I tried calling. Surprise, surprise, no answer. Went on that way until 10, when I called another plumber. Fortunately, I was able to fix the issue myself before having to spend big money for emergency plumbing repairs, but again, I ask- HOW IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS??
