Pathetic Man is more like it Jason Smith is the worst Valve pusher in the water business, they worked on both my wells and I paid over $ 4000, now they are leaking and when I called for service Jason answered and said he would look at his schedule and set something up for the repair. The next day he has an employee call me and say that because I was not happy they had to give a credit and they wont work on my wells anymore. SOB, did not have the guts to call after promising to get them fixed.
They charge $ 120 and hour of travel time, rip offs ! I live 10 minutes away and they were charging me 25 minutes each way a $ 60 rip off each time, and that's what I a credit for 15 Minutes. Never again, avoid them at all costs.

I asked Groundwater Pump & Well to come out and give me a bid on a water filter system. A representative was in the area and stopped by to look at what I wanted and take a water sample. I was told I'd be charged for the lab work $65 for bacteria (non refundable) and $50 for in-house lab work that would be refunded if I had them install a system. So after they returned the lab results I spoke with one of their principals and it was quickly obvious that they had little to offer and apparently limited expertise. I then got a bill that included 1.5 hours for labor in addition to the lab work! The representative was here maybe 15 minutes. What a scam! I can see why their ratings are so low. I had two other companies come out. They also took samples and gave me quotes for free. So I'd avoided this company for obvious reasons.

This company is the worst avoid at all costs. They mislead you and charge more than they should and then their workmanship is poor and customer service is non existent
They installed a non functional water system at my property and then when I followed up with them about it they referred me to another company to fix it ! Amazingly terrible on all levels!

Recently had a well pump failure and this business was chosen by our neighbors to perform the service. We have a shared well. Price came in 12K over budget. Owner Ron was rude and very difficult to deal with. He claims to have been in the business for 50 years though his demeanor would lead you to believe he has never dealt with people...ever. It is probably time for him to retire and leave the well pump business to the true professionals like Weeks. Not recommended!

I called for help, they came THE NEXT DAY!
I had a quote less than 48 hours later.
My neighbor (with whom I share the well) insisted on another quote. It was way more $$ and way more than we needed.

Ron Foster is honest, on time, and does great work. He will give you exactly what you need for a great price.

I surely hope I don't have any more issues with my well, but if I do, there's only one call I'll need to make.

I don't even know where to start with these guys - Chad Kitchens' integrity, knowledge and follow-through is off the hook!

I purchased a home in Sonoma County which was in desperate need of an entirely new well pump, pressure & filter system. After inspections and water testing, the well was in great condition. The real estate agent introduced me to a number of representatives from well companies throughout the north bay who proposed expensive options - everything from digging a new well, installing liners and what not. Not what I needed...

Enter Chad Kitchens. Showed up on time, came up with a solid resolution to a new system, installed it perfectly in the timeframe he allotted and it works like a dream.

As a small business owner myself, I am mostly brutal with my Yelp reviews as I do not tolerate any lapses in any character or integrity of how my business is run. These guys are top-notch and my experience was nothing less than 10 star(s).
