I hired this man to fix my kitchen sink. He came to the house three times each time he spent less than an 1 hour and then he had to go get something else. When was done I paid him his fee. Less than one week and the problem that he fix returned.
I sent him a text with the video demonstrating the problem hopping he would return. Weeks went by and I never heard from him. Finally I gave up. I made a trip to The Home Depot and bought the tools that I and some parts I needed to do the job. I went home and fix it myself in less than 4 hours in total. It's not that I didn't know how to fix the problem, but I am 75 years older and just didn't wanted to hurt my back. In the end I wound up paying him and then doing the job myself to get it done right. No I can't recommend this man to do anything in your house.

They evaluated my deep well submersible pump and provided great service and advice. I would use them for all of my future water well needs.

We had a sewage ejection pump stop working. I scheduled an appointment with Pumpman for Wed. 8am. and the representative did not show up. I found out they couldn't come only after I called them. I scheduled another appointment for the next morning 7AM. This time the guy showed up. The service fee was $250. The representative could not give me any type of estimate or ballpark figure or what they might need to do -nothing. Everything has to go through there office. It took four days to get an estimate to do anything. I received an estimate Monday morning for over $2400 just to pump the tank. No repairs, did not include replacing the pump or anything else, just to pump the sewage.
I found another company that came out on Saturday (since I called Pumpman twice to expedite the estimate and got no response), they pumped the sewage replace the pump and had it back up and running the same day for less than Pumpman's estimate just to pump sewage.

I do not recommend this company.

Not many reviews - why? I called for service,it took a few days to get a quote. Awaiting for work to get done - parts were not on the van. The service men were very knowledgeable. Advised I wanted to have it done prior to the rains coming. After a couple days -requested emergency service due to the rains coming. They wanted to charge a customer $1000 to come out to attach an electrical cord so the pump will work. This is unacceptable, specifically since I have been working with them all along. Would like to talk to Eric the owner to see if there is some type of resolution. Thus the reason for the 3 stars.

Since my initial review, we had to have the Pumpman come out again. They followed up and did not charge us for the second call They wanted to make sure things were working right. I appreciate their honesty.
