Had to get my washer and dryer connected and stacked after the flooring guys disconnected them. Jack was prompt in responding to my voicemail and sent 2 very friendly guys over the next day to help. They were very fast, friendly, and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Called on Monday morning, Pumphrey plumbers arrived at the earliest time - within 2 hours of call. Thorough investigation of problem - professional, knowledgeable, and gave me the answer I needed which was that there was not a plumbing issue, but an appliance issue. I knew this could be the case but I have so much confidence in Pumphrey Plumbing, I would rather start with them, and then decide what my next step would be. Totally satisfied. This was about the 10th time I have called on them over the years - showers, broken toilet tank, leaking toilet connections, new water heater, leak in basement ceiling from refrigerator, new sump pump, estimate and installation of washer in new space, new hardware on sinks, new sink grinder, always HONEST, GREAT KNOWLEDGE, PROMPT, REASONABLE PRICES (lower when I looked at averages) I have recommended Pumphrey Plumbing to all my neighbors and anyone I know. They are the BEST!

I've only had Jack and his crew out twice. Maybe mine were isolated incidents, but I probably won't hire him again.

First time was to install a water heater. Install went quickly and everything done as expected, or so I thought. Before leaving they said ""it will take a few hours for the water to heat up"". We had been without hot water for several days, so a few hours wasn't an issue. We waited, and waited, and waited. Still cold water. I called either later in the day or the next day and he said it should be heating. After some back and forth he recommended I call an electrician he recommended. Turns out whoever flipped the breaker switch didn't push it all the way so it looked like it was on but wasn't actually. I don't totally fault Jack and his crew, but the fact that they didn't test it before leaving is a bit of a red flag.

Some time later we were having our bathroom redone and had them do some work on it. When his workers installed the shower head they didn't tighten something enough and it started leaking through our ceiling a few days later. They did fix it for free when we noticed, which you would expect. Luckily we noticed it early, but there was no concern about damage to the ceiling on the part of the person who fixed it the second time. A few days later when one of his guys reinstalled our toilet, they kicked a hole in the newly installed drywall and didn't tell anyone.

I have called this company multiple times. I have called them to help my elderly mother with replacing a toilet. I have also reached out to them to do work at my rental property. However, today was the first time I called them and they did work at my primary residence.

I could not be more pleased! I knew from the feedback my mother had given me, and that my tenants gave me, that they were a good company, but having them do a repair in my own home I was able to see it

I called midday yesterday because I discovered a leak in my basement. I was very concerned because I could not tell the source of the leak. I did not expect them to come out the same day or anything. However, when I spoke to the owner. He apologized that he couldn't come out yesterday, but assured me someone would be here first thing this morning. His crew arrived, bright and early this morning!

Chad and Connor, the two gentlemen that came out were polite, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained every step of what they were doing, and why.

They made the repair much quicker than I thought they would, however, it was not rushed, and I never got the impression they were in a hurry, or that they might not be doing the best job possible.

When they were done, Chad even took a look at my dishwasher, which had been leaking, although that was not something I mentioned, when I initially called.

If you need to have any plumbing work done, I highly recommend you calling this locally owned, small business. I was beyond pleased with the service that was provided, and the price was incredibly reasonable as well.

We called Pumphrey Plumbing regarding an ongoing water pressure issue in our home. I spoke with the owner Jack, who could diagnose our problem based off of my short (and inexperienced) description. Jack was able to have his team come out the very next day to do an assessment, and we're able to schedule them the next week to have the repair completed. Extremely reasonable prices, very timely, polite, and professional. Will definitely use them for our future plumbing needs.
