Paid nearly $400 to recharge the system they sold me,it didn't restore water quality, was told to call if needed further service.Tech finally came out to adjust system & get water sample for testing & was told may need different system which would have reasonable to test before taking money but they didn't test.So now I'm out nearly $400 have undrinkable water. In the last +45 days I've left 3 voicemails & 1 email to company website asking when they will come back to restore water quality and received no call back no response to email and have learned their office is for sale . Seems like it would be very simple to call back or email a response to schedule another time to restore water quality and yet nothing..Seems to say they're just another shady business scamming homeowners BEWARE !

I used them before and had great service so when I had an issue with my well I figured I would give them the first opportunity to have my business.
Woke up in the morning and well that supplied both my house and a rental was not pumping. Called them first thing at 8AM. At that time they weren't sure that they could get me in, but I was told that they would see what they could do and call me back. Called back at 10:41AM as I didn't hear anything. They had written the wrong number down, but no problem. They had a longer job today but said that they would check at lunch time to see if I could be fit in. I explained that I needed to know for sure if they could fit me in as it wasn't just water for myself, it was also my tenant and If they couldn't service me I would need to go elsewhere. They said they would try to radio the person to see what today looked like. I didn't hear anything so I called back at 11:38AM. They said the team was out of cell range but they would likely be in range at lunch time. No problem and a few minutes later at 11:43AM, I got a text that said I was scheduled for between 12:00 and 1PM that day. I responded thank you and waited for the tech to arrive.
No-one showed up by 1PM. I figured no problem they are just a little late and to wait a little while. At 1:23 PM I was called by them and they said the job they were working on was taking longer than expected but they could stop by around 4, or sooner if they got done before then. I said this was fine and waited.
At 3:47PM I got a call from them saying sorry they can't show up today but they could come tomorrow. Yes I was angry on the phone, because now my tenant and myself have no water. I had clearly said earlier that if they can't service me I needed to know then so that I would have time to find someone else who COULD service me. I had relied on both their text (which apparently was bogus) and what they told me over the phone that I would be serviced today. Now that it was 4PM, of course no-one else is going to be coming out today. So I am screwed and my tenant and me have no water. So NO I am not going to have them come out tomorrow or ever again.

Horrible customer service told her how I felt she said you're entitled to your opinion
This woman would never work for me! She's ac""check collector"" does not give a damn about her job or the company!

Hit and miss with this company. Some of their employees seem to know what they are doing to the untrained. However, after having my well, and home water system break three times after they replaced/repaired it I switch companies.
The reason I originally went with them was because my old pump company owner retired and sold his book of business to them. Well I gave them an honest try several times. Then switched to another local company. Amazingly the person who came to service my pump was on of the good employees from PumpCo who had did excellent service originally for us.
Well now the new pump company has responded 3 times total and fixed several issues that I continued to have with my system I paid PumpCo to fix, but continued to have issues with.
Now problems are all fixed. Good luck with whomever you choose for your pump service. Bottom line, I know that pump issues/well issue can be complex, not straight forward, but too many times they failed us.

They went the extra mile to help me with my control box on my well ,Bob whas very helpful

I have used Tom Hunt for many years and they always jumped in to help. I needed a new pump and asked for their help. These guys came out, spent 30 minutes, didn't give me a quote to replace the pump, and then have now tried to charge me $240. Don't call them, they are not Tom. They will not help you. Big corporation buying out what was a well run family business. So sad.

I would not use this company if you need a quality system and timely customer service to repair parts that failed. The pump failed due to Pumpco using improper products at installation. We have been without water for 5 days and they have pushed us out to the next day.
If there is any warranty issue with a system installed by Pumpco expect major delays and a horrible customer service experience. Also, the woman working the phone should work on managing customer expectations and understand that her company's failures should not equate to prolonged wait times for a fix.

Great People, I called them on Saturday and received a call back in about 15 minutes. Seth was at our house within a hour, found the problem, was a wire or pump.
Sal and Mike were here on Tuesday. They pulled the pump and found the problem. It was in the wire. Had them put in a new pump for it was 17 years old.
Had us up and running the next day.
They also keep things neat, very safety concscious workers, Thanks you guys.
Job well done.

Great company, quality work and professional workers. Bob came out within a day after requesting an estimate for my 2500 gallon storage tank. Bill went over and above to make sure the install was beyond my expectations! Highly recommended!

We thought Pumpco was a good business to deal with as my wife had heard a few good things about them . We needed a water filter sysyem to get rid of iron in our well water. They came out and tested the water told us the system we needed and guarenteed it would take care of all the iron.I paid over 1,600.00 for it and it did not work. Fast forward a year later. They came back out after I had replaced all the galvanized pipe with new Pex pipe and wanted to put a different system in. 2,000.00 later and ANOTHER system that they said was way more than what we needed but would DEFINITELY cure the iron problem we still have iron stains in the house. They also told be they were a Water Right Dealer and they had met with a Rep from Water Right,as of this morning in turns out they do NOT deal with Water Right but a different supplierand never met with Water Right about our issue. And they took water samples that I was told Water Right wanted so Water Right could test our water. Water Right has never recieved those samples. Do yourself a favor,if you need a water softener or filter DO NOT use Pumpco in San Andreas Ca. The post says we are in San Francisco. We are in ANGELS CAMP,Ca.
