Made my well completely unusable and over charged me. Hid from their mistakes made. Refused to refund us for materials used. I had to convert my entire house to hauled water after 3 weeks of mud coming running through your water. Company thinks they did 100% satisfactory work putting a pump in a well they claim was already silted before they showed up and did not think to communicate with the homeowner on premise. Just made whatever decision they felt was needed without permission. Then they charged us more than we are quoted. After leaving a bad Facebook review they promptly created a new charge and emailed me an additional bill in retaliation. I'm a mom of three kids 10 and under stranded with no water currently because of this company's poor workmanship. I'm still having to buy bottled water for my 5 German Shepherds in the Arizona heat and there is no resolution from Pumpworks. My appliances are now compromised from the owner Tim Gibson telling us to run thousands of gallons through our system to flush the mud on 04/14/23.

Woke up early on the Saturday before Memorial Day and found we had no well water! Not having had any experience with well service companies in the Prescott AZ area, I looked online for a company that would be willing to come on a weekend. I called Pump Works at 6 AM and talked to Tim Gibson. (I think I woke him up!) At 9:30 AM Ty Gibson showed up and quickly identified the problem - the overload protector in the control box had been activated and shut off power to the well pump... probably caused by a power surge. Ty did a thorough check of the system to determine if there was a water leak that would cause the pump motor to overheat. He also checked the pressure switch and switched the wiring to a second set of contacts since there was some corrosion on the contacts originally used. He then explained how I could reset the overload protector in the event another surge occurred.

I would highly recommend Pump Works and Ty Gibson to anyone... especially for a water emergency on a weekend.

By the way, another reason I called Pump Works is they have a water tank truck which can be attached to your water system if your well pump needs to be replaced and it will take more than a day to complete the work.

Well pump stopped working last night and so no water this morning, family of 4, quite the emergency. Called Pump Works, Tim was awesome, walked me through self diagnostics, determined my 16 year old pump controller had died, ordered a replacement, got it delivered and installed all same day! I couldn't believe it. Super courteous, very professional, extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I live in Prescott AZ and have a deep well water system. The pressure dropped precipitously over the past 2-3 days, so I called these guys. They sent an expert (Ty) the same day who quickly diagnosed the problem (clogged sediment filters), fixed it in less than an hour, and at a great price. Highly recommended.
