Recently my well pump died. It was the original from when the house was built 25 years ago. I called Pump Division at 0800 and spoke with Jake. After explaining my situation and due to the distance away from their office, Jake told me that he could be there about noon. Sure enough, at 1147 Jake and Mike showed up and I had a new pump in the well, and running water by about 1315! Great guys! Professional without being ""stuffy"" and they taught me a few things I did not know about my system. I HIGHLY recommend Pump Division for all your well servicing needs!

Be very careful in using this company. You can do much better elsewhere. Do Not pay with a credit card. You will get charged more than the invoice.

Well water pressure to the house was almost non-existent due to the main line leaking and broken for over a year probably. Called Jake on a Saturday. He came out the very next day to verify the problem. His crew came back out on Monday morning, and the problem was fixed by 10:45am!. This kind of service cannot be beaten. Professional work done by professional people. It just doesn't get any better than this. Thanks again Jake!

Our pump controller for our well let all the smoke out of it late on a Sunday night. I called Pump Division Monday morning. They had to order the new controller but instead of waiting for shipping, which would have been another day without water, the owner drove to Moses Lake and got the part for me. The guys came up Tuesday morning and we had water again by noon. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Jake and Dustin did a great job in working thru some challenges we had pulling a old pump that had been in use for 30+ years. Happy with their work, they answered all of my questions, returned calls promptly, and the bill was pretty reasonable for the long day they all put in. Good guys, new pump and system works great, and would recommend Dave, Jake, and Dustin and crew to anyone needing well or pump work. Thanks guys!
