If I could give this company a zero I would. They are contracted through Lowes to deliver and install appliances. They are the biggest joke and Lowes should be ashamed to use them. They do not show up at schedules delivery times (or ever for that matter), they do not answer the phone, they do not return voice-mails. If you do happen to get them on the phone they lie and blame everything on Lowes and refuse to help resolve the situation. Go read other reviews including in the BBB website. Never ever use these people.

Ask for Brandon Gendron. Very knowledgeable and does excellent work. Honest, reasonable pricing. Reliable, gets the job done right.

Purchased toilet from Lowes and this was the company assigned for the install. After a month with a cancellation and then a no show we returned the toilet. They do not return calls and were impossible to work with. I left multiple messages and never received a call back. Lowe's installation dept would call and fax information and tell me they will call, but they didn't. One of the most frustrating experiences for a simple install of a toilet. Lowe's needs to get a different company to represent them and provide installs.

tried to use this company for an oven installation who was contracted through Lowes. They caused unprofessionalism and arguments on their first visit with us to measure our cabinet space for an electric double wall oven. Had to demand they leave my house. I contacted the owner who then came out and professionally measured but then turned around and told Lowes they did not want to install for us for fear they would not meet our expectations. Wasn't sure why they wasted our time measuring if they weren't going to do the work. Very frustrating and irritating. Will not use this company for anything else ever again. I do not recommend you use them and if you do, expect unprofessionalism, rudeness, frustration, and your time wasted.

Unprofessional customer service. I regret trying to wait a week for an appointment to replace a hot water heater. Still don't have an appointment. Each employee is uncertain of when the plumber will contact me. They behave as though this is normal behavior. They leave me with an uneasy feeling about their service quality. Not recommended... And, they work for Lowes.

Super service! My gas line rotted through and I had 3 estimates done to replace the line. Puma's was 3 times LESS than Roto-Rooter and 8 times LESS than another company! They were efficient, professional, and left my yard looking fantastic! They didn't use a bulldozer or backhoe to dig up the small line, like another utility company did. The area is very small and very nicely put back together. When summer hits, you won't even be able to notice it! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I had Lowe's install a microwave. Puma came out and did a quick, complete job. Their communication was excellent. If Mary didn't pick up when I called, then she would call back within an hour. I was hesitant after reading previous reviews, but I was thoroughly satisfied. They seemed to know what they were doing--less than an hour the old unit was removed and the new one installed and they cleaned up as best they could (lots of small roofing particles fell down thru vent).

if I could, I would give them a zero. not dependable, very slow to respond and takes days to get things done.

Had a home warranty claim filed with them. Took a week for them to come out to look at the issue. Then they failed to file the paperwork with the warranty company for another week. Then when the warranty company tried to get in contact with them, they did not respond and became difficult to get in touch with.
There are many other electricians to use besides this company. Do not waste your time because they won't give you theirs.
