We had scheduled a plumber to come fix a blocked kitchen drain. They kept changing times then canceling. It went on for two days then they cancelled that day so I went online and called Brian at Puma Plumbing. Was at the house within the hour. Fixed the drain fast and efficient and clean. Nice guy! Before I hire any company to work on our house, I spend a lot of time researching and checking referrals. Brian was easy to contact and responded immediately. I have used his services a number of times now.

Every time we use his services, he explains everything to us patiently before starting. Most importantly, he is honest. He charged us half of what other companies have charged us before for the same job. He told us that sometimes companies make it seem like the job is harder than it is to charge a higher price.

Brian also cleans everything up meticulously before leaving. Just so you can get an idea of the customer service you get with Puma Plumbing, he used one of his own shirts to clean up a mess in my shower that was there before he arrived that wasn't even caused by him.

Saturday morning I noticed a wet area around my kitchen sink. My wife gave me the bad news, our sink faucet was spraying all over the place. It is old and corroded. I called my usual plumber and was told he could not come over until Tuesday. Thus I looked up Brian on Yelp and found out he is available 24/7. I called and he answered the phone and said he would come over in 45 minutes, which he did. He examined the old faucet and said it needed a new line which might be hard to find. He went to his supplier, I think Fergusons, and called indicating they did not have such in stock and I would have to wait until Tuesday for the line or a similar faucet in brushed nickel if I wished to replace such. Exasperated I asked if he could meet me at Lowe's and help me pick out a new faucet and install such.

No problem. Brian met me at Lowe's and suggested a replacement (Moen). I purchased it and Brian drove over to my home and replaced it in about 45 minutes. What a relief! I thought I would be without the use of a sink for days. Brian charged me fairly considering the amount of time he had to spend on such job.

I highly recommend him due to his skill and availability.
