I can't say enough great things about Brian Puma and Troy. From the first visit (snaking our outgoing drain) to just now putting in a new, free toilet at no charge. Living in a 50+ year old house, these delightful surprises, like needing a re-drain pop up. Not only that, but some previous repairs were not done properly or up to code! Brian was upfront about extra problems he found, explained it all and kept the price down. Getting to the problem required cutting the tile in our bathroom, but Brian suggested a superb tile guy, Matt Skowron of Matt Building Co. to redo the tile. Matt went above and beyond, by mixing tiles to make a design at my request. I would definitely work with Puma Plumbing again and refer any friend to them.

It was around 9pm on a Sunday night, and I was having trouble stopping the leak in my toilet. The leak was starting to go through the 2nd floor and into the garage. I called a plumber right away, and was told the soonest they could get to me was in 2 hours! Then all of a sudden, I saw this 'Puma Plumbing' truck drive right past my garage. I figured this person probably just finished a long day of work and was on his way home. I was so helpless at this point I thought I would give it a try. I called the number on the truck and Brian immediately answered. Brian quickly turned around (within mins after me trying to flag him down from the street) and came by to shut the water off and fix the leak. He even offered to come by the following morning to check and see that the water didn't do too much damage to my garage. Thank you Brian. Can't recommend him enough!

I had used another plumber, they were like the 3 stooges! Brian actually came over and helped them figure out what the &^%$ they were doing wrong, I was stuck and they had been in my house for hours. He showed them how to fix my toilet pipe leak, -after they flooded my bathroom. Recently he fixed a long-building clog in my kitchen that backed up my sink. It was assessed and fixed within an hour. It even made a difference in my dishwasher performance. I also had him repair my broken shower handle which was installed by the 3 stooges using the wrong parts. Brian is reliable and knows his plumbing. Cannot beat the price either. Highly recommend Puma Plumbing.

I originally found Puma Plumbing by looking for company with the ""know how"" to recipe an upscale home, but also wanted a company with good reviews. Brian Puma has been amazing to work with!!! He has incredible communication skills and 100% follow-thru on ever detail!!! He was worked well with our tenants who were displaced due to a complicated situation, but Brian continued to take good care of our clients (while also doing outstanding work for our owner of the home!)

Spoke with brian from puma, he did a full copper repipe on one of my family appt buildings in Glendle. I had searched around for a while for a reliable plumbing company as the last one had done a shotty job and was a nightmare. Finding a good plumber is like finding a good mechanic, once you do you should never let them go. i was reffered to him through a friend who had told me he had been in the plumbing business for the past 20 years and just started one of his own and i was not disappointed. Not only was he cheaper than many of the other companies i had contacted, but his work speaks for itself.

Brian arrived promptly to take a look at my water heater that wasn't working. It was new and I only had it for a year so he suggested I call the manufacturer for the warranty. He replaced the water heater and it cost me hundreds less having to pay for a new one. I appreciate his honesty and help through the process. What a really positive experience. Brian came over and fixed our leaky sink valves, fixed our drain issues, and made sure everything was working correctly.
