I usually do small jobs like installing a bathroom faucet myself, but we were moving into a new apartment and my wife did not want to wait for me. First of all, Carlos made an incredible mess. He did not put down any barrier on the floor, then dumped the old faucet on the floor, splattering dirty water on the freshly painted walls. Meanwhile, the drain plug did not seal and the fixture leaked. Rather than deal with his filth and attitude, I removed the faucet and reinstalled it myself. The pipe he installed from the water valve to the faucet was too short and interferred with the operation on the drain mechanism. I went to Home Depot and purchased the correct part. The faucet had a base plate which was marked """"top front"""". He installed this plate down and rear, causing an incomplete seal and the consequent water leak. With the proper parts and correct parts placement, the faucet works fine. For this horrible service I was charged $160. Use Carlos only if you want a nasty workman, who makes an unnecessary mess and provides less than third rate service.

They rip you off, they estimate one thing increase it by $400 without explanation, and then don't deliver the services they have invoiced. We had to have someone else finish the job. They have a bad attitude.

I needed an entire drain field replacing in my backyard, there wasn't much space between my house and fence. This company went above and beyond to get a machine into the backyard, Carlos and his men were extremely professional, on time and carried out the job in a timely fashion. They were very careful of things in my garden ie. a water fountain and spotlights, I highly recommend this company.....thank you Carlos and team !
