Poor at best...Supt. never showed up on job since signing contract and haven't heard from him or anyone from Pulido since job started. Job has been completed for 5 days and still no contact. Do yourself a favor and eliminate the middle man, which all Pulido is, and hire your own contractor to expedite the process. KWF Construction performed outstanding, with excellent communication, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

Such great service from a great company! I would recommend them because of their good honest work. They also are very compassionate with the victims when they are dealing with the dmages to their home. What an awesome company to deal with.

We recently experienced water damage in one of our rentals and Pulido Cleaning & Restoration was called to work on the both initial mitigation and the build back. The staff is professional and very helpful. They are very thorough and careful. During the initial mitigation, they found a spot in the house that continued to have moisture and a second issue was quickly identified. They had to create some complex jigs to support the existing granite countertop while the cabinets were removed to ensure thorough drying. The work was fantastic, and they worked quickly to rebuild the kitchen area back into working condition. They were able to work with the tenants effectively, and very professional. I look forward to using Pulido if the need arises again.

The 2 young men who came to dry out the water damage were quick. They made quick work of the demo of damaged dry wall, and floor to ceiling wooden cabinet. Waiting for the rest of the work to be done was another story. (Date of loss 06/11/16 Date of Completion 07/22/16) They still have to install molding at rear door. I pity the poor worker who was given the job of staining wood to match the floor to ceiling cabinet. ""Never quite matched"" Replacement of floor was the best part of Job.
If this company is recommended to you, there great at water damage demo. Think about getting your own Contractor for final repairs.

Was not smooth working with Pulido. My insurance company referred them and they were supposed to go out to assess the situation and get an asbestos test. They had called because they were late and I told them to contact the tenant since I am not out there. Three days go by and I don't hear anything and they tell me that they needed a work order before doing that. Completely not what I was told. Was bad flow and my tenant is 3 days with wet floor and we were relying on them to clean it up. Moved on to next company - they efficiently sent the paperwork that was needed and showed up and got the job done. Disappointing experience with Pulido.

Wow...this company is the best. we had a very small water leak from a pipe in our house. The first wave of Pulido Associate team members were the plumbers that showed up 30 minutes after our call to them. They came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. We didn't know had a family of mice living by the pipe because the space was covered. It was a horrible mess the mice left The Pulido tech cleaned the whole mess up and fixed the pipe as well. The second wave of Pulido team membranes came in and dried out our house which took three days. They came EVERYDAY to check on the progress. The last wave of Pulido folks came in and restored all of the water damaged walls and flooring to our house. It took them 1 day to repair everything. I met Craig Pulido the last day of the work they were doing on my home. The owner came to my house to make sure i was happy!! Great company. I wish every services and business-to-business and B-to-C businesses were run like Pulido. The world would be a happier place

We had a water heater leak and our home warranty suggested Pulido so we went with them. They were very transparent about the process and cost. Lots of communication regarding next steps etc. They were on top of our leak asap. Additionally they did the wall repairs and that was faster than expected. We had a great experience and will use them again.

I am SOOOOO thankful for Pulido and wouldn't trust anyone else in my home!!! Our water heater busted and leaked under the crawlspace and in the garage last Saturday. I called and they had two guys call me within five minutes and a gentleman came out with house fans immediately. The response time was amazing and the service was great! The best part was how he took his time to explain how the process works when you have a water leak and why it's so important to get the area ventilated. Knowledgeable, prompt and courteous service. We also learned that all of their subcontractors and employees are background checked and vetted. They did a thorough, clean and neat job and the quick response time saved us from further major expenses. Any time I have a problem in my home I'm calling Pulido for sure!!!

We had an upstairs toilet leak while we were out of town and came home to water coming down thru ceiling. Pulido was one of the three of the preferred vendors from State Farm and I got a quote from two of them. I immediately knew I wanted to work with Pulido from the moment the field estimators came out. They were very professional and thorough. They responded quickly to my emails or texts and was always available to answer any questions I had along with working with my insurance company on the pricing differences. The scheduling of the repairs happened exactly as I was told they would and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Its a nice change to have a professional company who does what they say and make you feel like you are priority. Thank you Pulido, Suzy, Shawn, Brittany and Kevin!! A+++

We had a leak in our kitchen so we called our insurance and they recommended we use there preferred vendor which was Pulido Restoration. I was a little skeptical using someone the insurance recommended but I did it anyway. Now I know why they were recommended. They were extremely professional and thorough in there work and left their work area very clean. I would highly recommend this company.
