I recently had an AC company cause water damage to my home. The AC Company called in Pulido for drying services. Jeromy from Pulido showed up within 15 mins of being called out! Jeromy was nothing short of respectful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and really took time to explain the process of how this all works to me. The process took a few days and they personally came out to check on it everyday, and make adjustments as necessary. Later on Suzy and her crew came to estimate the repairs, and again they were nothing but professional and understanding. Suzy took time explaining her portion of the restoration process as well.

I'm not sure if they will do the restoration, but I hope they do. I would gladly recommend this company to everyone I know.

We reached out to Pulido after our previous restoration company was unable to perform and complete our repairs after having a pretty extensive slab leak. Pulido was able to give us the time and attention that we needed. The entire staff from beginning to end was professional, efficient and did an amazing job. First off, the contractor that came out to my house did a great job. Junior and his father. However, the company charged me $212.09 under the category ""Cleaning"". Then charged me $122.34 for general demolition, and $176.41 for ""content manipulation"". While the work was being done I observed the only cleaning was them picking up a couple pieces of drywall (which could be used at another job), and a trash bag. They never did any demolition, all that had to be done was install drywall and base boards. As far as content manipulation, there was nothing in the room for anyone to manipulate. I brought this to Aaron's attention, and he tells me that these charges are actually for cleaning up debris after the job, and taking it to the dump. Well, they only took a couple small pieces of drywall and one trash bag. Dump fees are $25.00. That's a far cry from $334.43. He then tells me, if they even put plastic over any items in the room, it falls under content manipulation. REALLY? plastic over something cost $176.41? Aaron then tells me that my insurance company approved the charges. Well that's because they had my insurance convinced there was a lot of debris, demolition, and content manipulation to be done. In the end, he took off the $176.41 for the manipulation, as they did not move anything, or put plastic over any items. However, he continued to charge me $334.43 to simply take some leftover (usable) drywall, and a trash bag. In my opinion, this is a clear case of his compnay ripping off the insurance company, and making the home owner think they did a lot of work. I plan on sharing all of this with my claims adjuster, and hopefully, this company will be taken off their vender list.

Pulido was fantastic in getting our home back in order after a water heater leak. Special kudos to Chris that handled the mitigation, Susie that did the estimate, and Jeff that did the restoration. Daniel did a great job overseeing the project.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Nathan is amazing. He is a very respectful, professional and thoughtful hard worker. He understands what we need and does his best of best!!! I really hope I will not have to do restoration again,but if I have to, I would definitely hire him!!

I don't recommend. Slow. Doesn't listen to the home owner. The superintendent was slow to respond to emails, bad at returning calls and terrible at listening. I can only tell the same person the same thing so many times and he put that to the test so I fired him.

My kitchen sink broke at 10pm at night and caused massive damage to my downstairs. I called my insurance company at 0730 the next morning and Pulido Cleaning & Restoration was here by 0830. Jason Unmacht was the supervisor and did an amazing job taking care of my house. From start to finish, I knew I was in good hands. He contacted me daily to ensure everything was being done to my satisfaction. His workers were always on time, well mannered, and extremely good at their job. I would recommend this company to anyone and if needed again, I would request Jason to be the supervisor!!! Thank you Pulido :)

I would highly recommend this company. They are honest, efficient, and cost effective. The supervisor Jason who was in charge of overseeing the job took great care in making sure I was well informed of everything that took place during the extensive repairs that needed to be done and coordinated his workers in a way that allowed for my project to be completed in a very timely manner. We had a great experience with Pulido! They repaired the water damage in our kitchen island very quickly and were able to save a lot of the cabinetry when several other companies quoted that the entire island would have to be rebuilt and possibly the granite unusable. They finished the work in just a few days instead of the two weeks that other companies were quoting us.

Aaron was great to work with, he kept us informed of the schedule and addressed all of our concerns with having a baby in the house while the work was being done. We would definitely use them again!
