They will never get our money again!! Quoted that we needed a part which the technician said was $1000. Nope...it was $100 at Home Depot and we found an honest guy to install it for us. Technician was quite late and very unprofessional!

Stay away from these morons. I think the company goes out of its way to hire idiots. An estimated 1 day job at my house took them 3 days. He had a partner with him that never worked, just stood there. When he told me he was done I inspected and found 2 items still not done. Last but not least, when we thought we were rid of them we noticed the smell of gas at our meter. Gas company came out and detected a leak right where this idiot turned off the gas. Could be a coincidence but I don't think so. I wouldn't hire these idiots to run out a garden hose. Do yourself a favor and shop around for contractors. My experience here in Seattle has been about 30% of contractors are either stupid or straight up thieves. Take your time and shop around, there are good contractors out there, just have to wade through a swamp to find them !

Same company as the other Puget Sound plumbing in Des Moines which only has 2 stars. They are not an ethical company In my experience and opinion. They grossly overcharge and do lot do the work adequately. Please check their other Yelp site. I would suggest to find another plumbing company and pass on this one!

Losers will tell you a time to show up call at that time and say behind then call one hour later to say can't come until tomorrow!
That's for an emergency, don't ever call them for immediate service. Don't know where their 24 hour service is, cuz we got called at 5pm to get postponed until tomorrow! We called before noon! We do not recommend their service

I can't say how lame this company is. They sent two so-called plumbers to investigate a dishwasher that wouldn't drain. After just glancing under the kitchen sink, they wrote me up an invoice for their visit ($99) and a price list for a $3500 new dishwasher or a $700 new ""air pipe and hose"". They couldn't tell me which one would solve my problem, so they told me to guess, and if I guessed wrong, then I'd also have to pay for the other option. They were idiots!
There wasn't even anything wrong with the dishwasher (which they *never* even tested). The next time I ran it, it was fine, and has been ever since. And they refused to give me my $99 back for the sales pitch.

They subbed out the work to a smaller company called Meyer and Sons. Incompetent criminals is how I would describe them.

They came out to replace two spigots for my washer. I thought they'd have to cut and rethread the pipes, but in the end they just unscrewed the spigots and screwed news ones on...and the charged me $600!

They also installed a 10ft gas pipe for my dryer, and left a 3ft tall & 6in wide hole in my wall. Of course they refused to fix it. What's worse is after charging me another $600 for that the refused to hook up the dryer or relight the fire place or water heaters pilot lights without me paying them hundreds more!!

So I relight the pilots and hook up the dryer with another plumber only to find They installed to much pipe and the wrong sized fitting...so my dryer now sticks out 3in more from the wall then it should and I had to purchase and install an adapter.

After all that I found that they broke my fire place manifold when they turned it off.

My advice - Stay away from these crooks.
