We were looking online for a local plumbing service, made an appointment, and the plumber arrived on time--too fast, despite being located across the county. We realized that the company we called was not the one that came to the house. We compared carefully, as we had saved screenshots, phone numbers, picture of their logo, etc.

While the employee was polite, it was frustrating to discover that we had called a specific company, but another one showed up. Not only did they give us an estimate that was three to four times higher than any other plumber, but they also charged us $109 for a visit that lasted less than half an hour. We later found out that their real ""business"" is not about providing plumbing services--it's about charging for visits without actually doing anything and offering ridiculously expensive estimates of over $10,000. Feeling spammed

Would (and do) recommend to anyone looking for a plumbing company. Have had them out twice, and will use for any service they offer. Punctual, honest, efficient and very reasonably priced.

Terrible experience. They showed up to fix a broken toilet handle ($10 part) at my disabled mothers house and told her she needs a new toilet due to slight rust in the tank. They proceeded installing a toilet for $1500 before calling me for approval. When I asked for a break down between the cost of the toilet and labor they refused to give it to me. They claim they charge per job and don't give a break down. A new toilet is $200. How is labor $1300 for a 30 min job? When I told them didn't have approval for the job, they proceeded to argue with me when I told them not to do the job because a ""caregiver"" gave them permission. A state caregiver does not have authority to approve work.

They took advantage of a disabled veteran

Avoid dealing with them.

Technician arrived at 430 for a 2-4p window. He was not happy having to drive from Arlington to Burien the will have to go home to Mill Creek. Quote to replace spigot and add a shutoff valve was $770. I had the wall already open for him. I understand you pay a premium for a pro which I told him but it was less than a $100 in parts. He just smiled and said ""I work on commission"" and then ""think about it"" and left. Gone.

I called PSP and shared my experience with Chris who said he'd call the tech back if I wanted him to. Evidently nothing wrong with quoting $700 in labor for a 30 minute job.

Technicians just left and this experience was kind of sad for me.

I have a clogged up kitchen sink. I called this morning, scheduled 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for them to come out and they came at around 5-ish. They're not wearing masks but they put boot covers on.

I explained what I had done to try to get it and where I thought it was. They take a look, start writing down the quote, and give it to me to sign. I just want it done so I sign. Then, I ask if they have any masks to wear. They said they didn't have any. So I tell 'em not to worry because I have some brand new ones they can wear. The guy goes, ""I don't wear masks."".

So I cancel my service and ask them to leave. They write ""VOID"" on the sheet so they can't try to get me with it later, and they go.

One thing I'd like to point out is that they weren't rude about it. I asked them about it and said I would provide, and they refused to wear it. There was no argument or fights or any one side trying to convince the other they were wrong. They refused and I canceled service.

It's just so insane to me that these people can afford to be this picky with customers. My wife is pregnant and is vulnerable to the disease so I have to be careful who comes into my house. Wearing a mask is not that big of a deal. If you're going to take the time to wear boot covers then wearing a mask doesn't seem like that big of a deal but, this is America. Unless otherwise stated you're free to not wear a mask if you so choose.

Just like I'm free to take my business elsewhere.

This company is a price gouging company! This company Charged $900 to unclog a sewer line. Jordon Ruby was rude and took advantage of a situation. The sewer line is still clogged!! I called back to say its still was clog and not working Jordon tried to tell me it was my brand new toilet that was causing the problem!! DON'T EVERY USE THIS COMPANY. You should only have to pay $300-$400 to unclog a sewer line. This company is a JOKE!!!

I scheduled an appointment for them to connect a gas line to our new grill. The appointment was between 12-2. They called at 11:30 and asked to reschedule for 2-4. They can called at 1:30 and asked to reschedule for tomorrow. I told them that didn't work for me. They then called at 3:30 and finally showed up.

The guy was very rude and condescending. He then tells me he doesn't have the required part to connect a gas grill hose to a gas line. I asked if my hose was an odd size or something, and he says no it's the standard size. In other words they could have just asked me what size hose I had and come prepared to do the job I paid them to do.

I'll be finding another company.

They wanted $99 to show up and provide an estimate. They quoted $850 to cut open a section of drywall to then provide the actual estimate for the repair. We are talking 10 to 15 mins for a single person to open drywall. They are criminals. No one should ever call them. They made $99 for 3 minutes on site. Not a bad gig if you can get it. No one should ever use them.

We had a water leak in our kitchen. I called multiple plumbers but Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating were the only ones who could come to the house same day. They told me about the $99 dispatch fee and said that it would be waived if their technician did the repair.

They told me they would be at my house between 3-5 oçlock. At 6:43, they called me and told me the plumber was running late and it would be about another hour. They gave me the option of rescheduling for the following week, but work schedule does not allow for that so I said I would rather wait for them.

At 9:18, They called again and told me the technician had finished the job and was on his way. At 9:48 p.m., the technician called and told me he just finished the job and was on his way.

They did waive the $99 fee, but charged a a $75 ""leak search"". Apparently they charge $75 per quarter hour for labor. They did give us a ""coupon"" of $58.

The final fee was almost $800. They don't do a break down of the cost of the labor. They charge ""by the job"", so there's no way to know what you're actually paying for.

I spoke to the manager, who vehemently defended the charges. He was defensive and rude and clearly had no intention of hearing my concerns or offering even apologizing for being so late. (the technician finally arrived at 10:30 and finished at 12:30 a.m.). Yes, they did give me the option to reschedule. When I explained that I couldn't wait until our next day off, he didn't care.

The customer service is the worst. I do not recommend them at all. Find someone else for your plumbing needs!
