Plumbing problems are usually a headache. I called one of my friends that deals with plumbing companies. She recommended Pueo Plumbing. First of all, the gentleman that answered the phone I'm pretty sure his name was Leo, was very nice and helpful. He made explaining the problem very easy for me. He told me a plumber (Jonah) would be heading my way in about an hour. After an hour Jonah arrived and was super helpful from the start. He explained every thing he was doing and answered all my questions in detail ! All of a sudden my headache disappeared! Jonah was a very knowledgeable and professional plumber. After researching a few well-known plumbing companies that offer emergency services, I chose Pueo Plumbing. That was a good decision. I had a bad leak under my kitchen sink because of a corroded garbage disposal. Jonah of Pueo Plumbing was able to arrive ahead of schedule. He was polite, professional, and provided good maintenance advice for my plumbing. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and gracious. My project of replacing a leaking garbage disposal and rewiring the air switch was small, but I was treated like a valuable customer. I would not hesitate to contact Pueo Plumbing for commercial or residential work. It's clear that employees like Jonah take pride in their work and in helping others, whether the job is big or small.

Called for quote, they said to email them and they will get back to me. 4 days go by, nothing. No calls, no emails. So I called back and they said my email shows it was read but someone didn't get to my quote yet and to be patient. A week goes by and I call again. They say ok they will have someone call me. No one called. Super unfortunate. Don't bother with them. If they're dismissive to new customers who can potentially bring them money, just imagine how they would be if they did your job inaccurate and you wanted them to come back for further help.

After many years of doing business with my regular plumber who took care of our rental properties, alas, my friendly neighborhood plumber called it quits. They scheduled my repair for later that very day but I had to request service for the next day, only because my unit would not be accessible. We called Pueo to come take a look, after a free consult they were back the next week with the parts to add a new spigot and to hook up our ice machine. It was easy to schedule and to get a quote. I had a toilet leak at the base of the toilet. Google indicated likely a wax ring failure. Louis came out, very friendly and helpful. He did it all in 1/2 hour, including an unappealing clean of of much accumulated ""material"" under the base. Great job, knowledgeable and he provded good advice going forward. This was the second time I've used Pueo Plumbing. I will ALWAYS call them and use them unless (god forbid) it's a crazy emergency and they're just not available. These guys are AMAZING... Jonah requires special mention for a above and beyond job. I appreciate the fact that they will not cut corners, make sure everything is up to code, and Jonah today really worked hard to help us preserve the kitchen cabinet on a really challenging corner angle kitchen drain job. These guys are honest, will make sound recommendations if of value for the future but not try to ""up-sell"" you on unnecessary work. If you are looking for a reputable plumber... they are your best choice!
