This is absolutely an amazing company. They did some major plumbing work in our home a couple years ago and were able to come up w a solution that cut the cost in half compared to quotes we got from other companies. Josh and his team also got the job done incredibly quickly. They had to dig a trench around half of our home. When they left each day, they did such an amazing job cleaning up the area and they completed the job so fast. They are honest, hard working people, not trying to tag on unnecessary things. I've since used them for minor issues and like before, they have been wonderful.

Glenn to the rescue! Our toilet downstairs wouldn't flush, and we had guest coming in 3 hours. I called Pueo around 9:00 and within an hour Glenn came to our rescue! He was so informative on explaining what the situation was and how we can figure out a way to fix it. In the beginning we couldn't figure out what caused our plumbing issue. Glenn did not give up! We tried many different options, turning power on and off, looking for the electrical cord that connected to the plumbing system... He didn't give up. We finally found the problem within an hour. Our Electrician had ACCIDENTLY turned off the power that connected to the plumbing downstairs :-(..... Sigh.. Now I've been educated on how the plumbing system works in our house and little things I can do to help if a problem occurs in the future!

If you want a job done correctly call them! I've used them a few times and they always show up on time, do a good job at a reasonable price. They probably charge the ""going rate"" but it's worth it when a job is done correctly. Very dependable!!

I needed to get quotes sewer and water line repair and bathroom remodel. Josh came over the same day to meet with me and discuss what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk through our options. Shortly after that I met with Cole and gave us a detailed estimate. Jessica works in the office and is always available to help with anything we need and checks in periodically. This is a huge financial decision for us and we have been working with them for months. Jessica has been so patient and understanding and could not appreciate her more. I am so impressed with their company so far. We haven't started work yet and will check back in with updates.

After waiting for a plumber all day, and after being told he'd be here in 30 minutes and still 3 hours later he didn't show, we called Pueo at 5 pm on a Saturday. We didn't have a complicated repair so the dispatcher said that although they were booked, they'd try to squeeze us in. A few minutes later we received a confirmation that someone could come by between 6 - 10pm. Less than an hour later, Rich showed up. He got right to work. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Everything was fixed, tested and working great in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend Pueo. Mahalo Rich and Pueo!

This is my favorite plumbing company in Hawaii. It's a family owned kamaaina business that hires the best plumbers in the state and treats them well. We had them come and inspect a leak in the living room and Scotty was able to find the source immediately. Since it was in the walls, he checked for mold and made a nice access panel that was kid friendly so we can check it ourselves in the future. They work fast and they know their stuff. We had them come back another time for toilet problems and they knew exactly what the problem was. Our house has plastic pipes so it's tricky but they got the job done. Initially I was prepared to replace our 20 year old toilets but they suggested we fix it and save our money. Completely trust these guys. You can't go wrong. I am having them come back to install our kitchen sink and dishwasher soon. They make plumbing easy and not intimidating. Call them, you'll wonder why you waited so long...

I have no idea why Pueo Plumbing is #19 or why they don't have five stars, because I have worked with SO MANY plumbing companies on this island and they are hands down the best priced, work hard, are prompt, provide quick quotes, and Josh the owner has integrity - which is really hard to find. I'm a property manager and have called them for everything from a clogged toilet, to gigantic jobs worth 40,000 and they deliver every time. If you've had problems finding a go-to plumbing company, call Pueo. Family owned, great people!

Highly recommend these guys. Thursday was hell at the restaurant. All sewer lines backed up and we couldn't use the water. Called Rotor Rooter and the guy said they would come in an hour. Called 2 hours later and they said an hour. Called at 9pm and they said the guy came but couldn't find it so left. I called Pueo Plumbing and they came at 6am, cleared the drain for far less than what Rotor Rooter charges! Use them if you have any issues!

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment. The process was quick to get it scheduled. I called another company and they were having me give so much of my info before they could even tell me when they had an opening so I called Pueo. Two guys came this morning right in the beginning of the window they had scheduled (8am-10am) and were both very pleasant. I told them what the problem was (we occasionally heard dripping in the wall downstairs when the dishwasher ran) and they were able to conclude by doing a couple of quick checks that there was no evidence of a leak anywhere. I appreciate that their honesty that no work was needed and with a free estimate also. I would definitely call them in the future if something else happens.
