We are so pleased with Pueo Plumbing. We had some old underground pipes that had to be replaced quickly. They were so professional, prompt and responsive from the first phone call to the wrap up. 2016--We had a brand new toilet that had clogged twice within a 3 week period. My husband pulled the toilet and cleared the clog. There was still a little water in the drain so we asked for quotes to have a drain camera used to see what was causing the problem.

We received a lot of quotes that included more services than what we needed. Josh was quick to respond and gave us a quote for exactly what we asked. He offered to change his schedule so he could come out that evening - how awesome is that!! We didn't need him right away so scheduled an appointment the next day. Josh showed up on time, met with my husband to get all the details and went to work. 20ft down the line he hit a snag. The camera couldn't go any further. He let us know right away and what the extra cost would be. After clearing the line of sludge and build up (older home), he was able to run the camera all the way through. Success! Culprit: sludge and build up!

My husband was very impressed with Josh's knowledge, work ethic and professionalism. He's a really nice guy!!

I appreciated his quick response, willingness to help us that evening, showing up on time. Doing a great job at a great price!

We had a BIG plumbing problem & the Pueo crews solved it professionally, and personally. Our kitchen sewer line had to be replaced due to age, [the home's plumbing, not ours].
Inspection, estimate, schedule, excavate, repair, fill, pour concrete, re-tile, plumb, clean up, etc., all with a smile. Outstanding! Start to finish.
Cole the plumber took extra care to assure to everything fit perfectly, tested leak free, and met customers needs. Great job Cole.
The customer satisfaction obviously starts with Josh, the owner, & his wife Jessica, and continues through with every employee.
Two follow up visits assured all clean up was complete, and my wife and I were fully satisfied. Five Stars !

We called kind of late but only to schedule a repair the next day. They answered and we were able to schedule a repair to a clogged tub line in our house. We received an email confirmation of the date and time. The guy showed up early which was a pleasant surprise. He was friendly, clean and professional, with a sense of humor. A sense of humor is always welcomed. He did a great job by repairing the problem with minimal intrusion to our home, explaining what was going on and what to expect with our plumbing the way it is situated on our home. He did explain his charges before he started. He did state the 1st our charge and any other charges that may apply. He was on this job for about 45 min. We were charged for more than an hour (less than 2). If we were charged as he mentioned I would have given him a good tip. But since it was more than an hour, we did not tip. Great work in any case.

After many years of doing business with my regular plumber who took care of our rental properties, alas, my friendly neighborhood plumber called it quits. In a pickle and feeling lost, I asked them for a recommendation or another solid, reliable local business they could refer me to.
Enter Pueo Plumbing! Thank goodness for them! On the first call to request service, they were polite, friendly and accommodating. They scheduled my repair for later that very day but I had to request service for the next day, only because my unit would not be accessible.
Once they did arrive the next day, they arrived early, got the job done quick and the best part; receiving a invoice that was surprisingly affordable! SOLD!

Pueo plumbling is an exceptional company. We had an issue with one of our toilets and gave a call earlier in the morning. We were able to get an appointment on the same day in the morning. Lewis arrived early, which was great. Lewis fixed our toilet quickly and provided me recommendations to prevent this issue in the future.

Pueo scheduled our clogged plumbing situation promptly, showed up on time with manners. It turned out to be a broken sewage line issue and they were able to immediately send another crew out to address the issue on the same day. The team (Michael, Josh and Jonah) all were clear communicators with professional attitude. Highly recommend if you need a reliable plumber.

Scheduled repair time was 9-11am. No call, no show. I had to call them at 1115 and they said their repair guy was having problems with a job and didn't notify them. You would think that for on site repair companies the workers would have to notify the office when they are done with a job and heading to the next one, and if the worker doesn't call then the office should be calling them.
