Thank you very much for your quick response on getting our hot water heater back in service and explaining what you had do to fix the problem. I would also like to thank you for checking out our central air unit today and confirming that it is running the way it should with no issues.

It was very pleasant to work with Puckett. Our furnace went out and after filling a claim with IGS they connected us with Puckett. They were supposed to come out tonight from 6-9 pm and apologized it wasn't sooner. The lady I talked too was very nice. After a couple hours of talking with her she called me back and said they were 30 minutes from my house and asked if we could come over then. It was around 1:30/2. They came and checked out the furnace and found out we would need a couple new parts. Since they didn't have it, they ordered it right then and said they would come back later. I called them back a couple hours later just to check in and the same lady answered and told me the part is ready and she was going out to get it. She decided to just keep that same time slot we had before. They ended up coming back around 7 pm to fix it and now we are nice and toasty in our house. It even runs better and quieter than before.
