Pucket Heating came when our furnace was blowing cold air this week. We had not had them service it in several years. He remembered our furnace( its just a little different.) In 10 minutes he had it cleaned and heating! No parts! Warm house! He explained everything to my husband and gave him a few tips. Would call them for any future heating and cooling needs.

Great pricing and service. After reading other reviews, we were hesitant.
But Chris from Puckett was a true professional. He provided knowledgeable service when fixing our boiler. A few weeks later, he installed a heat pump -- and the pricing was fair (unlike another contractor who wanted to charge us DOUBLE) and installation was timely, neat, and efficient. We are delighted with the heat pump and will definitely continue to call Puckett to service our heating and cooling systems!

Save your time, money, and energy and go with another company! They gave me a price on a plumbing issue, then charged double what I was quoted, never fixed the problem, and left my house with sewage and sewer water all over the basement. Huge mess! Would not recommend to anyone!!

We had a sump pump failure last July. Puckett replaced it with a new unit. Unfortunately it failed on July 4th -- one year later. I called and within two hours the failed pump was replaced with a heavy duty unit ( the technician boosted the unit was so good it could shoot rocks). The repair was made no charge. In summary, a responsive, friendly competent company. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Puckett Co has always treated me fairly and came out on Saturday to fix my AC . They didn't have the part but he was able to give it a temporary fix until he could come back Monday with the right part. He was also very well mannered and my nosy dog did not bother him.

Save your money and aggravation and go elsewhere.

Called to fix a broken water heater. After two visits, and $300 later, the water heater still didn't work. When leaving the second time (with it still not working, but happily taking our money), he recommends saving up for a new water heater - which we ended up needing and would have been happy to pay for the first time.

After calling and speaking to the owner, I've rarely experience such rude and poor service. Amongst other things, I was called a liar and threatened to be sued for writing a negative review. The fact that the heater lit was good enough for them - he said my heater ""wasn't worth a hoot"" and that's why it didn't heat water.

This is the second repair that has taken multiple visits. Previously they had to come back out a couple days after attempting to fix a sump pump that they didn't install correctly the first time.

Don't let this company into your home or business EVER! They over charge and cheat their customers. They charged me over a $1000 to do a $300 handyman job, which they are not. Half the repairs they did had to be re-repaired. Every other contractor who came into my home to fix or complete their work pretty much told me they cheated me.
