I called them in the middle of the night for help with my basement flooding and she told me she could get here in a hour and a half. Several hours later and many of unanswered text messages, they finally showed up. I was told before they came there was a fee just for coming out, which I agreed to. It was $170 and they did absolutely nothing but break a plug in our basement. Then charged another $125! We asked what it was for and they said ""being here, talking"" I thought that's what the $170 was for?! They knew the issue we had before they even came here but still proceeded to come and then say ""the whole city system is backed up, there's nothing we can do"" so why did you come?! Knowing that was the issue! To rip people off. Scammers. They deserve a 0! Do not use this company.

came home on a Saturday to a leaking water heater and called Puck plumbing, they came out installed new water heater quickly. we also needed 2 main water shut offs to be replaced, they did a great job with that, as well. While they were there they looked at my shower faucet that the hot water was only Luke warm. They fixed it right there and then, in just a few minutes. So easy to work with, they did an excellent job, and just very nice people! Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I don't write a lot of reviews but I had to for this company. I started out with a different company that rhymes with Moto Scooter. Moto Scooter spent an entire day making a mess of my home and still couldn't find the blockage in my sewer line. They wanted to tear up my basement floor to find the problem with an estimate of over $3000.00 just to start, with no guarantee it would be fixed. I called Puck Plumbing that afternoon and they came out the next day, they found the blockage broke it up and I was up and running by the end of the business day. They were courteous, respectful and went out of their way to put my mind at ease. They also cleaned up after themselves. If you want honest affordable service call Puck plumbing.
