Very arrogant and rude by phone. I had the audacity to ask him to be careful while walking on my roof to snake a pipe, mainly because a few tiles were cracked by a previous worker. Larry precedes to give me a diatribe about how he's """"been walking on roofs for over 30 years, and doesn't need (me) telling him how to do the job!"""" He then tells me to """"find another plumber"""" (which I gladly did.) If you're rude and arrogant before a job, there's no way you'll get past the front door. Sorry, trust me on this--one star.

Our copper coiled water line to our refrigerator began to leak. When we pulled out the refrigerator we were shocked at all the water leakage. We called Larry Puccini who suggested we turn off valve to refrigerator water line under the sink: cold water on the right & hot water on the left. We had to call back because it didn't work and the water continued to leak. He said that sometimes the cutoff valves don't work. He said to cut off the water supply to the house which is located outside and after cutting off the house water supply to open the spigot next to it to release the house water pressure to stop the water supply to the refrigerator. He showed up 4 hours later to fix all our problems!
