I specialize exclusively in all facets of residential plumbing, as outlined. Absentee landlords must provide complete contact details upfront and make special arrangements. A deposit might be required.
I launched my business in August of 2002. This was crucial for achieving my business goals.
I entered the plumbing field at a young age, but I still come across fresh and challenging opportunities now and then. That's when I take action.
I often use PayPal invoicing for customers who prefer to pay with credit cards.

David M.Called this guy a week and a half ago. We exchanged numbers and information. Set up an appointment for last Thursday, April 23rd 2020, between 10 and 12:00 PM. He didn't call or show up so I called and left a message around 1:00 PM. It's now the following Monday and I still haven't heard back from the owner/operator. He may be a good guy, he may be a great plumber, but he's a lousy businessman. If he was in over his head or tied up all he had to do was call and we could've rescheduled or even canceled and no harm done... instead he just ghosted me. No way to do business in the age of the internet.

William F.The ""water broke"" on the 15 year old hot water heater in my Saratoga Springs, NY home and, after doing some research, I decided to buy a 50 gallon A.O. Smith power vent hot water heater. But, I ran into two problems: 1) Most of the local Saratoga area firms I contacted would only install a Bradford White hot water heater; and 2) They quoted me prices of anywhere between $2,000 and $2,600. I then contacted Phil T. O'Brien of PTO Home Services and Repairs, and he agreed to install the A.O. Smith hot water heater I wanted for only $1,600, complete with the Saratoga code required expansion tank. And I was impressed with the outcome. O'Brien answered my phone calls promptly, showed up on time, and got the job done professionally, with no last minute shenanigans about the price or other issues. My family and guests have all been happy with the results. Five stars.
