Since 2005, PT Plumbing Inc. has been in operation, maintaining an ""A"" rating with the Better Business Bureau since 2006. Incorporated in 2007, we became licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors in 2008. Our journey began with one service truck, operating from our home until 2010. By 2010, we expanded enough to acquire two additional service trucks and a commercial office and warehouse in downtown Casa Grande, Arizona.
In 2000, I came to Arizona to work on power plants and decided to stay because of the wonderful community. Having worked with pipes for 25 years, my friends and neighbors started reaching out for plumbing assistance after my regular job. This lasted for five years until my wife advised me to place an ad for my plumbing work. I heeded her advice and, three years later, I received my contractor's license. Two years after that, we set up an office in downtown Casa Grande, and we remain committed to satisfying our customers every day.

1 more star than they deserved. I live in sunwest resort. I got an estimate from P.T. Plumbing. They sent a man today with a new estimate of double the original price. After a discussion he agreed to the original price. He was supposed to clean the kitchen sink drain and replace a bathroom faucet and drain. He changed the bathroom faucet but didn't replace the drain. Then he said he couldn't clean out the kitchen drain. Then I asked if he had a plumbing license and I got a blank look. Needless to say I will never do anymore business with P.T. Plumbing, for $235.00 I got a $49.00 faucet installed.

They did show up on time to swap out my water heaters. Removing the gas line would have been extra so they left it outside on blocks which does not look safe. I would have felt better if they used all the same blocks at least and I have no idea where the would came from. I have a whole pallet of bricks so there is no reason to use different sized ones. Its also making the one room colder by having the door open all the time. Its just not something you want done to your home. I previously had another company (unfortunately I dont think they are in business) replace the old one seven years ago. I paid 900 for the hot water heater and installation and I came home to everything done perfectly. No issues moving the gas line to put the new one in. I found another company that will do it for $275 and I am going to go with them. I was offered by PT Plumbing to come out and make it all right but honestly, there is something that makes me feel uneasy about it. There are several reasons why. This other company I think I will use and seem more professional also includes removing the gas lines and putting the water pan underneath it. That same company charges $375 to do the complete job. InterStellar Mechanical (520) 208-3736.
They do labor only for water heaters at $375. This includes a code required drain pan underneath, a shut off valve, and supply lines.

Called for toilet emergency and they were here within hour. Within two hours of calling everything was back to normal. Will continue to use their services.

We called this local plumbing company recently when we were having several plumbing problems and needs simultaneously, and they came out within only a few days and fixed ALL of them... in only two visits! The second visit was only because they had to order a part for our Reverse Osmosis system (a replacement filter). The first visit they did all of this: (1) Replaced the kitchen faucet because it wasn't giving full volume of water at the hotter end of the spectrum, and put the new one in CORRECTLY so the hot was to the top and not the bottom (unlike the builder who put it in backward!); (2) Cleared out the disposal, which had clogged; (3) Replaced the faucet set on the laundry room sink so it had a sprayer; (4) Replaced a broken plunger in a bathroom sink; (5) Re-aimed a shower head installed by the builder that had always sprayed at a wonky angle; and (6) Cleaned out the shower drain. They did all of this in under three hours! They were friendly and complimented me on my decor (saying they loved bunny rabbits, and I had lots of them on display for Easter) and asked about my grand piano (one guy said he wanted to learn to play piano). Who woulda thunk! In addition to paying them of course, we decided to buy the two guys Subway subs since they were working over the lunch hour. They were extremely appreciative and it was a very good deal all things considered! Definitely would contact them again should any plumbing needs--emergency or otherwise--arise.

PT Plumbing arrived on time and listened to the problem. Sean and Daniel investigated the issue and explained the problem. Although it was a bigger problem than we originally thought they answered questions and came up with two solutions. We have more work to do with our plumbing but would definitely recommend PT Plumbing.

We had to have our manufactured home completely replumbed because of old poli water lines. I got several estimates and PT Plumbing came in with the best price. They schedule the work quickly and showed up on time and completed everything in one day. They also ran into problems with the water line coming to our home was leaking under a sidewalk. They replaced that with 3/4"" copper under the sidewalk for no extra charge. Also replace all of the shut off valves under every sink, stool and washer. Re-ran pre water softener lines to all my outside hose valves and replace those also. Then insulated all the lines under my home and cleaned up everything very well when done.
I will definitely use them again.
They did a great job.

PT Plumbing did a great job replacing 2 toilets in our home .
They were on time , and had the job done in about an hour.

I asked them to give me an estimate on replacing the sewer line. Brandon came out spent at least 30 minutes looking over the problem. When he walked in the door it was 7-8 thousand (very low) by the time he left it was 20-30 thousand (actually about right). He said it would take a couple days to write an estimate. It's been 2 weeks and no estimate, and he won't return my phone calls. If the job is to big say so, then we could both move on , simple. I had another plumber out today, he said straight off the job was to big for him. I have his card and will call him for smaller jobs. But PT plumbing follows poor business practices, so they won't be hearing from me. You should think twice about being able to trust these guys before calling.

Yesterday our toilet began spraying water from the supply tank and I couldn't see where it was coming from, so I called PT plumbing! The owner answered and sent two men to my house in less time then it took me to find their number on my computer. They fixed the problem and were gone within a half hour and were very reasonable in price. I have PT Plumbing on speed dial. I've read negative reports about similar problems and believe that could be related to interpersonal differences encountered on the telephone. After all, we're ALL just people!

Very good plumbers. VERY satisfied with job of unclogging drain. I recommend these plumbers. Give them a try an see for yourselves.
