This company has a white dodge truck with the logo plastered on it and almost side swiped me in traffic. They are driving very unsafe and I would not trust this person to perform any work for me driving like that.

George (PT Plumbing-Flagstaff) recently came to my house to repair a leaky pipe. I questioned him about why my bill was so high. $311 for 45 minutes work! The pipe and fitting were only $30.

I knew that he charged time and a half on weekends. But what he failed to tell me is that he also charged for driving time. He never told me this. If he had, I wouldn't have hired him.

So, instead of 45 minutes, he charged me for 1 1/2 hours. 45 minutes for his work, 45 minutes for driving.

In addition, he didn't even use a drop cloth, and my kitchen was a mess.

I would certainly never consider hiring George for any future plumbing work.

George is my go to guy for anything plumbing! Emergencies or general care or replacement of old equipment! He always shows up and his staff is reliable and knowledgeable!

FLAGSTAFF: We had both a clogged mainline and toilet which I called in just before 5pm on a FRIDAY night. George quickly got David on the job and he arrived around 5:45 essentially clearing out our entire lower system. Took some time and effort, but David eventually got things going for us again - and at a very fair price. We will use PT again and highly recommend!

We had a water heater in a rental unit go bad. Called PT Plumbing and a few other companies. George was the only one who thought he could get the new water heater the next day and he did. I was out of town and the tenants let George in and he was able to replace the old water heater with a new one and get it done in a few hours. George was able to give me a rough estimate upfront (after I sent him some pictures and it was a pretty straight-forward job) and his price was in the ballpark of what others were asking; and some companies would only do an in-person estimate and one wanted to charge for an estimate which is not something I have really seen before. From the quick response to a fair estimate on the price to being able to get the job done quickly I will defiantly consider PT Plumbing for future needs.

I was quoted a price to fix a leak. After the job was done the price suddenly went up even though no additional parts were used. Then I got the typical b.s. ""I don't know what you were told, I just know what work I did"", ""The person that quoted you left the company"" blah blah blah b.s.

He immediately knew what to do, was super nice and very fast. I thought I was going to need to spend the night without water, but George had it back on within the hour.
