My main line was clogged and the basement bathroom overflowed from the toilet and shower. P&T Plumbing came that next day and the owner Gary explained everything and was extremely professional. Four words for P&T Elite Plumbing...my plumber for life. Mr. Payne is the specialty trade provider we all want, but rarely get. I initially called one of the big plumbing firms to replace a busted water heater. I did some market research and found their price to be excessively high. After putting my contact info into an online quote site, Gary called with a five minute. Within the first couple minutes of our conversation, I felt a huge sense of trustworthiness. He was completely transparent about the entire process and price. Mr. Payne did what he said he was going to do, when he was going to do it and at the quoted price, which was about 40% less than the large plumbing company. Gary provided prompt service. He was able to quickly determine the source of the water leak and repair the issue. He even tightened a loose faucet that was not a part of the issue but needed to get done.
