Needed a new thermostat since the old one no longer allows us to increase the heat. It flipped off of the mount a couple of times, so more than likely a sensor was knocked around.

I'm extremely skeptical about contractors being a female homeowner, as we are sadly, but often taken advantage of. Needless to say, I rely heavily on referrals and reviews. Found PSP and saw how awesome Pablo was, so I eagerly contacted him today @1:45p and sent him pics of the old thermostat and the wiring setup. A few texts and I tell Pablo that if he can't locate the Honeywell unit I currently had, then how much for a new thermostat regardless of the mfg. So, @4:35p, I'm told $400 FOR A THERMOSTAT!!!! I've added the text, so everyone knows I am not lying. I must admit, I was born at night, but just not last night! Horrible level of integrity shown, especially during a COVID pandemic. I can only assume that Pablo thought as a woman, I would be completely oblivious to the cost of a new thermostat/installation. This is EXACTLY why people are leery of contractors, especially me...BEWARE OF PABLO!

By 5:30p, another HVAC company came within the hour, replaced with brand new thermostat of a different mfg, programmed it for me, and showed me how to work it. The grand total was under $200 w/warranty, which it should have been! I have found my new HVAC contractor for my home and my rental properties. Thank u Pablo, had it not been for your $400 text I would have never found this great company. Honest Customer Service is the gift that keeps giving. I only gave one star because it was a requirement for me to post this review.

Pablo was quick to respond to my request. He was courteous and professional. The job went as planned with the replacement of 3 new toilets and a new vanity. The job was done neatly and we were very happy. I'd use them again for sure!

I walked into the unfinished part of my basement last Wednesday (today is Saturday) and discovered water on the floor! After moping it up I realized my floor drain was full and spilling over. I knew it was my ejector pump. I posted on YELP and within an hour Pablo of PSP Plumbing and Sewer responded. He sent me his phone number so we could talk right then. The other three companies did not respond until the next day and then basically told me to call their office. Pablo had given me a price on the phone and set up to come over Saturday morning. The other three companies estimates/quotes were $200, $300 and $600 more than PSP's price. Mind you the price of the ejector pump was basically the same (Not a Home Depot pump). Pablo did a wonderful job of installing the new ejector pump, cleaned up the area and when he realized my basement toilet was emptying slowly, got his plumber's snake and unclogged the toilet for me. He was very polite and wore his mask whenever we were talking. I will definitely use PSP Plumbing, in the future, for any plumbing needs!

I woke up to the sound of our watchdog water alarm going off before 6am on this wonderful holiday. After some quick research, I reached out to a number of plumbers asking for assistance. Pablo was the first to respond which was impressive given it wasn't even 7am yet. After talking to him and sending a couple photos, he committed to making time later in the afternoon to stop by along with a replacement ejector pump in case it was needed. He even provided me with a reasonable quote for the services.

Thankfully I was able to get the issue resolved without needing to replace the ejector pump, but I'm confident Pablo would have done an excellent job based on his knowledge of the situation and responsiveness. I'll definitely be reaching out if I have any needs in the future!

I had a leak coming from my upstairs shower. It was ruining the drywall on the lower level ceiling and inevitably would create a mold situation. I called Pablo, who arrived on time Monday morning and gave me a reasonable quote - given that there was no way to no how bad the problem was without ripping out dry wall. That was my other concern - can he fix drywall. Well he has solid contacts who can. I agreed on the price and he was there the next day and fixed it completely. That was great.

Then he was able to get a drywall expert over to fix the ceiling the very next day. He too did an excellent job.

Pablo was extremely professional in every respect and I would highly recommend him.

My bathtub and toilet is being clogged, find this company here at Yelp. The owner is very responsive, and their team out the same day. The plumber is really professional. He identified the problem easily and rotted the right hole. It took total of 2hours.

I've had plumbers in Chicago that seem like they are hustling and charge $250 for 10min fixes. Pablo isn't that kind of person. I'm grateful to find an honest plumber.

He even called 3hrs early when he was held up at a job to let me know he couldn't make it in time. I appreciate that!
