EXTREMELY RUDE! I politely asked if they had availability to send someone out to my home. The response was, ""We're booked up for the next week."" I asked if that included requests for emergency services and was told, ""Booked up means booked up. Even if it was a non-emergency we're booked up."" The man who answered the phone had a rude, curt tone to his voice and zero empathy. He continued to respond to me in that manner even as I tried explaining that I fully understand what ""booked"" means and that I was only asking in case the was a difference for emergency services. Will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward as well.

I contacted this company for an estimate on fixing the water heater. I am housesitting for a friend and realized this evening that there was no hot water. Within 10 minutes of my request, Rex messaged me back asking for me to call to make an appointment after quoting a very reasonable rate. I called immediately, even though its 9p on a Saturday night, and Bruce answered the phone. He asked me if the pilot light was on and I had no idea. He walked me through checking the pilot light and relighting it !!! I cannot recommend this company more. I am not sure if my problem is fixed, but 100% if I need anymore plumbing needs, I will be contacting Rex and Bruce. Thank you so very much PSI plumbing !

Great fast service. Had Keith and Jason come fix some clogs in both my bathroom sinks. We're honest and nice guys that got the job done quick and easy, also made a small repair that I didn't even notice at a small charge that could have caused me issues down the line. Will use them again for sure for any other issues that I might have.

Could not be happier I went with them. Reasonably priced and extremely quick response time. I had an issue with my pipes backing up and overflowing into my shower and basement. I called them and they were at my house right away. They diagnosed the issue as my waste line pipe broke off. While this was not great news they came back and fixed the problem quickly and all in one day. Everyone was very informative and helpful in explaining to me the issue and what I can do maintenance wise in the future to assure it does not happen again. Would definitely recommend and will be using them if any more issues come up in the future.

Got my 13 year old water heater replaced by PSI plumbing. Its was a 50 gallon gas heater, replaced with 75 gallon tank. Replacement was done without any problems. The bigger unit was delivered to the basement without any damage to walls or flooring. Bruce, Jason and Keith did a great job.

Bruce is great. We had a backup in our sewer late at night and he was at the house in 20 minutes and fixed the problem right away. Couldn't have asked for a better or nicer guy. I asked him about a sump pump which he wasn't there for and he checked it out on his own... again, he's awesome!

Bruce came out today in an emergency and helped us with a sewer backup in one of our bathrooms. I called at about 7AM this morning and he was at my house by 9:30AM. Bruce was extremely helpful and great about explaining everything he was going to do and how much everything would cost - I think he charged a fair price and he made sure you knew what you were paying for.
He got the job done quickly and cleanly (and even cleaned up the junk that came up the shower drain which is a plus!). I appreciated that he had some recommendations for what we should do in the future to avoid the costs of emergencies like this too! I will definitely be using PSI Plumbing for all of the plumbing jobs we need done in our house - thanks Bruce!

I hired PSI Plumbing to replace my sump pump in Schaumburg. Bruce answered the phone on the first call last Sunday and he was at my house by Monday afternoon. He replaced the sump pump for a very fair price and recommended a battery backup system. Great advice and great service!

We hired Bruce to install a clean-out on the sewage line in the front of our house. His service was excellent. He worked with the city to pull the proper permits. Bruce provides A+ work, great customer service, and a very reasonable price. He worked on our schedule...no 4 hour window to deal with. I highly recommend. I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

Ok, you have a sump problem and you panic... No need to worry this company came through with flying colors... I can't begin to explain the great service , the honesty , knowledge that they deliver .
It's not easy to make me happy but I felt compelled to write a review how professional this company is and how quickly they came out and fixed my problem . I also recommended them to a friend and they even came out on a Sunday . Does not get better than that ... Highly recommended .. I would give them 6 stars .. Outstanding . Thank you Bruce ...
