I had another Plumber come first said the job couldn't be done and if I did find someone to replace my Water Heater that it was going to be thousands of dollars. Simply the best! I've had Kevin and PSI do work for me twice now. The first time was to replace my garbage disposal and unclog my sink, the second was an emergency situation where my husband was trying to fix the shower and all of sudden water started spewing out of the spout. Kevin was over almost before I could hang up the phone with him and got right to work getting the water shut off and the issue remedied. I seriously don't know what I would do if he hadn't come as the bathroom was starting to flood. Pricing is more than fair and he has been a joy to work with - explaining the situation in terms I can understand and being upfront and honest.
