We had gotten 3 different quotes and P.S. Rapp was hands down the best decision! They were reasonable in price and lead-time. More importantly, they were trustworthy!!! They didn't try to ""upsell"" on services/labor we didn't need that other companies would have tried to take advantage of. Our lower level looks great, is functional and couldn't be happier!
