Have used Pryor Plumbing multiple times and always happy with the service. They are on my speed dial and respond quickly to my call. Have never received pressure to buy products, or service that is not needed. I trust Keith to provide solutions to my plumbing problems as if I am a family member.

Had my water heater replaced by Pryor Plumbing and Heating. Keith responded quickly with a quote which was much less than another company in town for the same water heater and service. It was quick, painless, and a fair price. They didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need and explained exactly how everything worked. I will definitely use them again!

Exemplary service! Our air conditioning went out Sunday night and we left Pryor a message, asking if they could come by Monday. I got a call back at 8:30 am and a representative at the house by 10 am. The problem was diagnosed, the part ordered and the service completed by the end of the day at an incredibly reasonable price. We were fortunate that we didn't need a whole new unit. But when the time comes, I know where we will go!

After work we came home to a huge puddle on our kitchen table. It was 6pm. Our kitchen ceiling was dripping from our master shower but we had no idea what to do. Casey answered the call on our first try. He said he would be an hour and half/two hours but showed up a half an hour later. He kept us informed the whole way through as he worked to figure out what was wrong to be sure that he didn't do anything we weren't comfortable with. The problem was found quickly and fixed without any issues. Better yet, I was very pleasantly surprised at the super reasonable price. They were also truly nice people. Will recommend!

Keith has been our plumber for years. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and fair. He will show you what the exact problem is and he takes extra care when working in your house to make sure nothing is ever damaged and he always wears booties. He is very thorough. He has replaced water heaters and also worked on our furnace. We have been extremely satisfied with all the work he has done for us. He is our go to guy for all our plumbing and heating needs.

I was beyond disappointed with this company. For the $1,000 bill they could not be bothered to help me with a problem from their installation.
I had one of the two sinks replaced in my master bathroom, along with both rubbed bronze faucets. The bill was about $1,000 (excluding the cost of the faucets which I had paid for separately) from his worker Casey which included the installation of replacement sink (ordered by Pryor), the removal of the old faucets and installation of the new faucets and the required ""valves"" to match the faucets.
Imagine my surprise when neither faucet sink stopper would hold water even for a few minutes. When I called Keith to complain that the $1,000 bill should have included Casey checking out the stoppers and letting me know that they were not working. Keith did not offer to have his worker Casey come to my house to check out the problem. There were multiple excuses why he, Keith, said he was not responsible.
I then resorted to hiring another plumber who was able to adjust one of the stoppers in 5 minutes and sent me to Moen to request a replacement stopper assembly for the 2nd one. He returned and installed the stoppers. The bill was $100.
Keith Pryor could have done the same but he did not back up his work or have any interest in checking out the problem. Never again.

Upon purchasing our new house, our real estate agent provided Pryor Plumbing to us to use for radon mitigation and minor fixes to the HVAC. With the way we negotiated with the sellers, we ended up giving them more than half the original invoice up front to begin their work. At first they were prompt and completed the HVAC work as scheduled, but a large snow pushed out the radon mitigation - obviously understandable.
Three weeks after the snow had come and gone, I get an unexpected call from one of the workers saying they are ready to move forward with the mitigation. After completing this in a day, they tell me they need to come back to finish installing a pump and should be done soon. Two and a half weeks - still no pump.
I understand that people need to do what they need to do in order to run a business, but stringing customers along for weeks and putting them on the back burner is unacceptable. What's even more frustrating is when I call to check in on the status, all I get is ""We are really busy - be patient"" from the owner. So now the owner is making me feel bad for wondering when the work will be done on my place that was started on January 25, and now it's March 16. The owner keeps telling my husband and I he will call us and never does - told us the work would be done first thing this week - no sign of any completed work.
All in all, would not recommend this business to those local to Fort Collins and Loveland.

I have worked for Pryor Plumbing Heating and Hvac for 7 years. We are a family Owned businesses that strives to serve our customers in the most professional and courteous manner. We pride ourselves on the amount of experience we share and customer service.

This is the company you want. Keith came out to our house on Christmas Eve day when we had no hot water and fixed our water heater. Since then, his team has always been excellent and reasonable. We use Pryor for our home, rental house and business. How refreshing to make one phone call, ask Pryor to ""do what needs to be done"" and have complete trust the work will be timely and the bill fair. This is the plumbing and heating company you want.

Buyer beware! When I got caught in an emergency with a blown water heater a couple of days before Easter, with company on their way, Keith at the Loveland location quoted me $875 on what I thought was a top of the line unit from State Water Heater. Delivery was prompt, install and haul-away very good. I later found out the unit retails for $325! $550 for install is nothing short of robbery! When I emailed Keith with my concerns, I received no reply. Admittedly, I should have done my homework BEFORE selecting Pryor for this job, but I would be careful to select this company for any plumbing or heating project.
