Where do I even begin? This review is from my experience back in January when my family went 19 days without hot water because of Pruitt's. We have a baby and an older child and we were filling up our bathtubs with hot water from the stove to bathe ourselves. Their plumber came out to fix a small part on our hot water heater, which was still under warranty, and the guy breaks a different part while trying to fix the first one. We had already been out of hot water for a week by then. The plumber admitted he broke the part and said he'd have to order it and come back. Days go by without a call or any indication of when that part would be here. So we finally we attempt to call them. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. Both my husband and I called multiple times, waited 20 minutes on hold, and was told by an automated system no one was available and were hung up on. After two days of calling, I finally get through to someone. Come to find out, the plumber didn't order the part and we were only then told we'd have to order it ourselves. Nineteen days without hot water, during the dead of winter, with two children in the house because of a careless plumber and a terrible company who refused to remedy their mistake right away. It was a nightmare with these people from start to finish.

BEWARE: A few of their plumbers are good (such as Richard) and they all are friendly. HOWEVER, this company over books, and if they have to reschedule or follow up on your project, you go back into the waiting line for a week. During which time, the company told me to put a bucket for water under a leak for a week, which will need changing 3 times every 24 hours! I only used this company because of a Home Guard Warranty... NEVER AGAIN They also put a bandaid on an exterior faucet and did not get to the root of the problem. Got to run, and change a bucket of water...

Our home warranty company assigned our claim to Pruitts and now I see why. They answered when I would call (unlike most overbooked plumbers in the area). The tech, James was kind, professional, informative and was knowledgeable about what was up to code and what wasn't. We are happy with the service and I would have given it 5 stars if the part that wasn't covered by warranty wasn't so entirely expensive.

We still have NO hot water 3 weeks after Pruitts Plumbing was called, and came out to fix the issue. I have Insurance and Pruitts Plumbing of Prescott, AZ was assigned to fix our tankless water heater. I called them Dec. 19th 2021...a tech. came out 3 days later to say he needed to order a part...We have NEVER heard back from them...after I have called 16 times...emailed them...ZERO response and on hold for 20 to 30 min. at a time..Rarely do I get an operator...when I do...They Have NEVER called me back....Ho can they still be in business!?n. WE are Senior Citizens with health issues and NO hot water in a month and no body cares!!!

Horrible Service!!! Stay away!
