Horrible company!!!!! Don't do any work with them.
Our home insurance company sent these people out unfortunately. Their genius plumber goes out and called our warranty company and states we just converted our property to an assisted living. Never asking us when and if we purchased our policy as a commercial policy. Insurance co. Puts us under review thinking we have just changed our structure. Now I have to deal with them probably for weeks on to prove that we have not done any changes since we purchased the property. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! If you end up getting these mouth breathers assigned, or call them out yourself, please think twice....

The Home Warranty chose this company to replace the hot water heater. The technician came out and determined that we needed $725 additional parts to complete this request. Upon investigation, we found that we could get these parts at Home Depot for less than $200. The company refused to negotiate the parts cost, so we fired them. Notified the home warranty company to never use this company again as they're ripping off their customers. I would advise anyone considering using this company to double check the prices before they agree to having anything serviced by this company. Or just not use them at all. There are a lot of good reputable plumbers in Lake Havasu. This is not one of them.
