I just had ProWorks come out yet again. I was experiencing no heat in under 30 degree weather. I did call them after hours and the answering service stated that a ProWorks person would return the call within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, that did not occur, and therefore I stayed up from 2:30am until 7am to call into their office.

Brandy stated that she would get someone out as soon as possible when I spoke with her at 7am. A ProWorks professional showed up by 10am. He was professional, friendly and charged a reasonable amount for the services provided.

I will always call ProWorks for my HVAC needs.

I have a seasonal rental house in Ocean View, DE. Since I bought it, I've been using ProWorks as my go-to people for plumbing and HVAC. I just set up my 3rd year with a maintenance agreement with them. I recently had a call from my rental agent saying that the renters had notified him of a problem with the AC. I'm in Arlington, VA. I immediately called ProWorks in Ocean View. No more than 2 hours and 45 minutes later, Nathan from ProWorks called to tell me that he went to the house, met the family who was renting, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, changed the AC filters. tested the system and called me back with the good news. I don't think that anyone else could have done this better. Happy Renters Happy Owner. Thank you, ProWorks for your service, and thank you Nathan for what you do.

Gold Star came out for an estimate that seemed unreasonable to fix my heater(3000.00)
Pro Works can out an hour later to give an estimate and gave an estimate of less than 500.00 to fix the heater!!

I contacted Pro Works several times for plumbing and electrical needs for my home in Lewes, Delaware. They are reliable and professional. I highly recommend! They cover all of Delaware- part of MD and part of PA- give them a call!

Called for two problems at two locations, they were prompt, cleared a drain problem in one building then came to the other building and fixed a water leaking problem in a shower, both jobs were fixed in about 90 minutes including travel. they will be the Plumbers for future work.

First time I used them they didn't show up at scheduled time and did not answer phone. Waited all day no show. They called the next day and rescheduled. They were late for that appointment. They hung two overhead ceiling lamps to an existing outlet. Job was done OK -thought it strange it took two guys to do the job. $145. They didn't want to to install an outside light because it was raining. I scheduled an appointment for that and other work at 9AM. They called and said there was an emergency call and they would be there at 10AM. At noon they still didn't show.I called them and cancelled.
