We have used Prow Brothers since moving to Madisonville. 3 times they have left us without heat or A/C for days. The last time we were told they would show up, no call. Nothing. When they finally called days later they only made excuses. They hung up on me when I finally snapped and said no excuses, stop talking. I will never use them again.

BTW the new company that did show up sold us a completely new unit.

We I called the clerk was rude and said we don't need your business and instructed the technician not to complete the job

Prow brothers are crooks, clean my system( I guess) of roots and 3 days later was clog again. BS, since I have no trees. anyway came back in 5 days and charge me again. stating the system can clog within ten minutes after they leave. Just can't be trusted.

I wouldn't know if the service is good. They never came out to my house after telling me they would. And I can't even get them to answer the phone. Good luck.

I have used them a couple of times. Installing HWH. They were reasonable priced. It was professionally installed and I never had any trouble aterwards.

I've used this business several times over the years. As a long-time resident of Madisonville, I recommend them highly. They have always been prompt and professional. I asked questions, and they were really patient about answering. We have an ancient heater in a rental house: they were able to restore it to good (safe)working order by fabricating a new part: the furnace was so old the part was no longer available. It saved us a ton of money. They have people that have been in the business for a very long time: experience is a good thing. I wouldn't use anyone else for my heating and plumbing. They have been fair and reasonable in all of their dealings with me.

Crooks! We had a leak and called for an estimate. They came and dug without permission while we were NOT home, busted the the opposite side of our water line, and told us the leak was already there. After giving an outrageous price estimate for both patching the hole they made and our original problem we turned them away only to receive a $100 bill for the one hour of ""service"" we never asked for.. When calling to dispute the matter we were talked down to, constantly interrupted, and hung up on by the rude receptionist.. When we finally got in touch with the owner, who was much more pleasant to talk to, he was just as close minded about the matter.
All in all, Prow Brothers Plumbing is a scam that lacks both business and personal ethics.
