Great experience with Provost. Admittedly, I do not know a lot about plumbing, so it would be hard to comment on the technical aspects of the job. However, the parts I do know about, and most homeowners are in the same boat, were all phenomenal.

Those parts are communication, timeliness and the finished result. I actually found Provost due to my initial plumber not returning or initiating any communication. I grew frustrated and called Provost due to a great recommendation (of their work). They immediately called me back and from there were in constant contact during the whole process.

Because I had several contractors working on parts of the job the scheduling was tricky. Provost was able to work with them and move forward as they did. Finally, everything works great! Overall, it was a very professional, friendly and positive experience.

Not responsive to setting up an appointment and kept bouncing me back and forth between the owner and his son. I had bought a coupon for $220 in advance, for an inspection and hour of service, and they didn't know about the deal they had posted. A few weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund from them.
