I wanted to support local small businesses during the coronavirus shelter-in-place, but as the old saying goes, ""be careful what you wish for"" - my 17 year old water heater started leaking. I called Anthony on a Monday, and he answered right away and gave me a quote on an American Standard water heater with 12 year warranty. I comparison shopped and called him back Wednesday afternoon, and we settled on a price. He came out on Thursday, and in a little over an hour had replaced my water heater, with new water flex lines, new water shut-off valve, new flex gas line, and new pressure relief valve and copper pipe (to connect to the existing pipe in the garage). Anthony was knowledgeable and explained how the American Standard water heaters that he carried had more reliable pilot lights; and thus he gets fewer call backs on this brand. Anyhow, I thought he was professional, on time, worked efficiently, and did a good job. I highly recommend him if you need a new water heater.

After 17 years our water heater finally stopped heating water. It was a Thursday night and I called Anthony on Friday morning. He answered the phone right away and got back to me with very fair pricing within 10 minutes. We had it installed later that afternoon. Anthony did a fantastic job, the installation was done expertly. All of the piping/plumbing looks much better than the previous installation. Anthony is amazing. My water heater burst this morning. Not only did he pick up the phone at 7am, but he was able to get there by noon. He offered several options, all of which were very reasonably priced. Very professional and helpful, I would recommend him to everyone in the area!

Great company to work with! I emailed Anthony on a Saturday with a dead water heater issue in our rental condo in Walnut Creek. He called back that day. Seriously?? Who works on Saturdays except small businesses that focus on customers.

He replaced the water heater on Monday morning at 8:00. He offered to replace it Sunday but hinted that he preferred to get a better quality water heater Monday first thing instead of the crappy big box store brands that would be available to him.

My renter was super cool and within 90 minutes or so Monday of arriving, he had it replaced with a very good quality unit with new earthquake straps, new gas lines, new water lines, and all pressure relief lines run beautifully. I can't say enough of how good the finished job looks. Great job Anthony-keep up the great customer service!

We had issues with our water heater and Anthony was quick to respond in 10mins after sending him a message on yelp. He came by and temporarily fixed it but he recommended we change it soon due to to it being around 11years old.

About 3-4weeks later we could feel the water was not as warm while taking a shower and raising the temp on the water heater didnt help. He was right about changing it soon so we called him to replace the water heater before it blows up. He made sure in not cutting corners and he replaced also the switches, parts of the pipes, and vent. He did a great job, keep it clean, and made sure all was good. I would recommend him highly for the job!! Thanks again Anthony!!
