Company Overview

Providence Plumbing and General Contracting began in Conshohocken, PA in 1985 and currently operates out of the Harleysville/Skippack area, providing services to Montgomery County and nearby communities.

Michael Galasso, the Owner/Operator, started the company, hailing from a family that arrived from Italy in the early 1900s. Coming from a lineage of construction professionals, Michael completed advanced courses to earn his Master Plumber and General Contractor credentials. Providence Construction, our parent company, was under the leadership of the late Joseph Galasso for over 60 years. Michael's father instilled in him the value of impeccable manners and the principle of constructing everything to the highest standards, as if ""everything were a church"".

Since 1985, Michael has built many custom residences, townhouses, and commercial buildings in Conshohocken, Lafayette Hill, Worcester, and Skippack. We provide plumbing services performed by Master Plumbers, along with design/build solutions for all aspects of home construction, including new kitchens, bathrooms, additions, or complete renovations.

Providence Plumbing and General Contractors are fully prepared to address any plumbing emergency, such as broken or frozen pipes, and can also handle excavation jobs to replace sewers or water lines leading to the street. Michael values the customer's time and budget, consistently arriving as scheduled and ensuring the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction.
