I called the day prior about a leaky shower.
The owner came out the next day, diagnosed the problem (crack in the shower no plumbing issue) and didn't charge me for the time.

Brian Provencher and son were prompt, courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced. I had a pipe burst on a Sunday night that required me to shut off water to the house. I put in a call to Provencher Plumbing & Heating Monday morning. They had a job scheduled for that day but took the time to first come to my home to assess the problem, and then were willing to reschedule a less urgent job they had the next day so as to come fix my pipe first thing in the morning. They arrived early as promised and worked efficiently to get things fixed, a job which required cutting access openings in the walls and tracing a leak from the basement to the second floor. They were careful to do minimum cutting and in the least obtrusive locations, showed me the problem segment of pipe, and were good to explain everything to me as they went along. Both father and son were courteous and professional. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Thank you for saving us! Our toilet was running (minor issue) and my genius husband figured he could replace the valve at 4:30pm on Friday afternoon. I have a broken ankle... so I need my upstairs bathroom! I am not shimmying down the stairs to pee. Hubby somehow broke the valve and water was pouring out. By 4:45, he had to shut the water for the whole house. Needless to say, I wanted a divorce. Somehow hubby found Brian and he came first thing Saturday morning. Fixed the problem, saved a marriage and saved the day! 2 thumbs way up! Very reasonable price for a desperate situation. Thank you!

Finding a reliable and reasonable plumber today is next to impossible. But i hit the jackpot with Brian Provencher. Spent a hour or so at my condo to install new toilet and look over my gas hot water heater. I highly reccomend him. PS not related to him.
