These guys are awesome! After taking the day off from only to be stood up by another plumber, I decided to call Proven Plumbing. Louie was super nice and very professional. He assured me that they could help me TODAY! Within 2 hours Richard arrived, fixed the problem and restored water to the house. He was friendly and polite. Even better, they were reasonably priced! I have definitely found our new plumber.

My water heater was leaking and had soaked my office and the adjacent hallway. I called Louie at 10pm on Wed and to my surprise he answered. He said someone could be at my house at 8:30am the following day. Richard showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and installed a new water heater that same day. Louie even gave me some advice in regards to a contractor I was working with which turned out to be very valuable! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Definitely my new go to plumber. Honest, reliable and easy to work with.

Wonderful!! I wanted a salt free water filtration and softener installed (purchased directly from manufacturer). Received a quote same day from Louie, I was able to get the work done within a week and the plumbers who showed up (including Louie) were very nice and professional!

After they were done with the install they took their time to walk me through the system and how to replace the filter. Offered to have me call them if I have any questions too.

Pricing was great and the work is warrantied for one year. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Definitely have found my forever plumber! Louie answered when I called the first time, gave me a reasonable quote in less than 5 min, came out the next morning on-time, and had the job completed in ~1 hour. He installed an RO system under my kitchen sink and even drilled through my granite to install my faucet -- without creating a spec of dust! So impressive! He was super friendly and super knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain the work he was doing, including how to properly maintain my system. I learned so much as a homeowner! I feel like I have an honest, reliable partner that I can call anytime I need future work or maintenance. Very Strongly recommend Louie and Proven Plumbing! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Proven Plumbing are excellent. Louis and Richard are courteous, professional and articulate. Louis came out to my place on a Sunday after responding very promptly via Yelp the night before. Louis diagnosed my situation fairly quickly, provided me with a price for inspection work and another for the actual repair work. Inspection work was carried out on Monday and actual repair work was started on Wednesday. They both finished fairly rapidly considering the tricky nature of the work. They cleaned up, didn't wreck anything that didn't need wrecking and I got my hot water and shower back that day. They stuck to their stated price estimates, while also pricing for unrelated work I need done in the future. I can't say if they are the cheapest or the most expensive, but if you have a problem and you want it fixed and fixed fast by hard working honest pros, call this company!

After realizing that we had a leak in our hot water heater, we called Proven Plumbing. It was late at night on Thanksgiving-Eve, so we were not sure if we would even get in contact with someone, but Louis not only answered the phone, he walked us through temporarily stopping the leak until he arrived. At the agreed upon time, he was at our house the next morning--on Thanksgiving day!!! He was quick and he explained everything. In my opinion, the costs for the repair was fantastic; especially since it was an emergency on a holiday. I'm am planning to use Louis and Proven Plumbing for ALL of my plumbing needs!

We just had a new Premier faucet installed by Proven Plumbing. Unlike many who make appointments, Richard, the young man who came out to install the new faucet arrived exactly right on time. When I answered the door, he politely identified himself and prior to entering our home, he stopped to put on sanitary footies to avoid bringing any dirt or mud into the home. I was pleasantly surprised, becauce I did not need to ask him to do this simple task.

He was organized and kept his tools in and around his tool bag unlike others who had a tendency to lay their dirty tools on our clean sufaces.

He had his own paper towels and other wipes that he used to clean up his work and even simple things like putting down a paper towel that he used to place his tools and most importantly his sticky can of pipe glue on and he was very quick to clean up the mess caused when the old faucet was removed.

I realize these things are routine and most would say they should be assumed, but many installers do not follow such basic steps and are not as organized or even polite as he was. We appreciated these small steps that made us feel that he truly knew what he was doing.

Upon completion, he took extra steps to clean up behind himself, remove all his trash and packing materials & everything related to his work including wiping down the new faucet even wiping down things under the sink, making certain everything was clean after he was finished. We were again impressed.

Both my wife & I had many questions about the new install and how it worked and Richard was able to answer and explain in detail every question we asked of him and when he had finished installing the faucet, he then demonstrated to both of us how the faucet worked then had us to try the faucet out so he was assured we knew how to operate it safely. Since we were dealing with very hot water, we were appreciative he took the time to show us how it worked to help us avoid getting burned. Once again, we were very impressed that he took the time to help us.

After he asked us to try it and he saw we understood how to use the faucet. He @gain asked us if we had any additional questions or concerns. My wife and I were very impressed that he took the time to show us. To many this may seem like a simple and routine, and I suppose by some standards, it would be considered a mundane thing to do, but since we are both elderly we found his willingness to take extra time with us very refreshing since most just assume we would know how to use the new faucet.

Thank you Richard for your professionalism and also your kindness to us. He represented his company, Proven Plumbing, very well.

I highly recommend Proven Plumbing. Their prices were competitive, their professionalism was refressing and their office & field employees were all very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are very easy to like.
