They got back to me same day, spent a TON of time on a problem, then only charged me for what the job required and not all the extra time they spent making sure they had done it right. They suggested more service, but they explained it was not necessary and whenever that part fails they can come back then if we didn't want to do preventative work. Could not be happier with their service on our central heating unit.

We've know for years that Proven is the best plumbing provider in Cedar Park and now they apparently work on A/Cs also! Had some issues with our HVAC earlier this week, so had them out to look at it. They came in a timely manner, messed around with the thermostats, and said it's all working as it should. Apparently it was operator error on our part and a simple reset was all that was needed! Didn't charge us a dime! We were thrilled to finally find a reliable, fair, efficient plumber and now we have a HVAC repairman too! Thanks guys.

When I called Proven Plumbing I was connected with Pamela. She listened to my problem, and quickly set up a same day appointment. Corey and Nolan were at my place a couple of hours later. They went right to work, and I was surprised when the finished so quick,y. Both of were friendly and polite and knew their stuff. I would highly recommend them, the are honest, and their prices are fair.

I hired them to clean a slow drain and the guys pulled out a 2 foot long hair and muck ball. Ugh! Nasty stuff! However PP was up to the task. Highly recommend!

Today was my 2nd time using Proven Plumbing. I had such a great experience with them a few months ago for a different issue I decided to bring them back for a toilet replacement and water shut-off valve replacement.

I continue to be impressed with the level of professionalism from this company. From calling to schedule all the way to the job completion, every employee I have spoken to or worked with has been nothing short of exceptional. I can't speak highly enough about their level of communication, transparency in pricing and work to be performed and genuine caring nature of their employees. Today Tim Gage came out for the toilet replacement and he did an excellent job, truly a pleasure. Thank you Proven, for employing excellent employees like Tim.

We had a faucet issue in the kitchen sink. Based on prior reviews, I contacted Proven Plumbing. Appointment was confirmed within 24 hours, next day service. Jonah stopped by, on time, fixed the issue within a short time, I was only charged for the service call. Reasonable cost. Quick service. Repair successful! Proven Plumbing comes through! These guys are A++ at a good price! I had a issue with my toilet leaking sewer gases. I first tried a diff. plumbing company and they gave me a big run around trying the wrong fixes.

Then I called Proven Plumbing and they sent Jacob over. He knew right away that is was the toilet flange just by the water flushed. I am incredibly impressed with his skill and knowledge! He replaced the flange and it completely fixed my issue!
