When my old plumber turned into another corporate upsell and gouge operation, a friend recommended Proudman and I'm very happy she did. I needed a new hot water heater and they provided a clear and transparent estimate that took into consideration the full scope of the job so there were no surprises - plus his rates were actually fair and beat all the other bids I got. On site, Matthew was neat, efficient and did a terrific job. It sounds silly but my hot water heater closet is a thing of beauty. I'm so glad to have found Proudman and I won't hesitate to call them the next time I need work done.
