VERY professional, had a tricky situation, lost water in my radiator system without any visible leak !!
They didn't leave until they figured it out (we had to wait for the city to come and turn the main off, so the work was done over 2 days, they even replaced and installed new valves that were not in the original estimate without charging extra !!)
There's not enough good things I can say about them, it was cold dirty and wet, I can only imagine how cold their hands were :(
Allright, plumber assigned for the rest of my life.

Honest and truly professional (and very reasonably priced). There was an issue with our very old AC unit that they could have very easily told us we needed to replace the entire unit ($$$) but instead Hugh did everything he could to try and fix the problem so that we didn't have to replace it (yet). So thankful to Proudfoot that we have cold air in our house for one of the hottest weeks of the year! It's such a relief to only spend $140 when you thought you were going to have to spend $6000.

I called Proudfoot after calling another company who just rushed me off the phone. I bought a smart thermostat only to find I didn't have a C wire. Huge answered the phone and listened to exactly what I needed and that I thought I'd need new wire run. After close to a 40 minute conversation, we setup an appointment. They called to confirm the night before and Chad arrived the next day on-time. Before entering my home they put covers on their shoes not to track dirt on my floors, I appreciated this. I gave Chad a quick run down and he went to work installing the thermostat. Half way through the install he explained to me that I needed a transformer because I have a high voltage boiler. He explained exactly what I needed and why. He showed me right on the furnace. I said I'd order the transformer that day and he scheduled another appointment on the spot. The night before the next appointment Hugh called me to confirm the night before and as discussed Chad arrived the next day exactly when we scheduled. He finished up the install, explained everything. He was very courteous, answered the few questions I had. I'm very happy with the service received and will be calling them back to maintenance my system in the future.

Hugh and his excellent staff have been providing professional plumbing services for my family since 2009 and we have never been disappointed. Hugh came himself on a rainy Friday night when my basement had a foot of water in it and helped me pump it out. All of their guys are kid and pet friendly and always clean up when they are finished.

Proudfoot came in to our house, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Two guys that were very kind and knowledgeable. Paperless transaction - they had an iPad allowing for seamlessness from ordering the parts to signing the bill. Seems like they were on top of it in every aspect of their business. Would definitely recommend their services!
