Had a harmonic setting up in my plumbing (loud groan). I called Protocol and we discussed. Erich had Zach to my home within an hour of my initial call.

We discussed the problem and Zach replaced the pressure regulator valve in my garage in about 40 minutes for a competitive price. Also cleaned up area post-install.

Problem solved. Protocol Plumbing is my go-to plumbing service!

I have a house in Everett that I rent to a nice family, yesterday their 2 year old dropped a 2""plastic ball in the toilet and clogged it up. My tenant called a plumber in Everett that has a large regional presence and claims they can clear any drain for $89! Well there technician/plumber showed up and before he tried any way of clearing the toilet, he said he had to yank the toilet up to get at it...quoting a price of about $900! My tenant wasn't expecting that and said no to that highway robbery. I called Protocol Plumbing this morning at 8 am, I have used them several times in the past for small and large projects, their plumber Joel and he was there at noon and the clog was gone in less then 5 minutes. He even snaked the ball out of the sewer line. All for a reasonable price! I highly recommend Protocol for any pluming need or emergency!

My heating/cooling company wanted to charge me (what I thought) an excessively high price for 2 hours of work to replace a piece of corroded pipe leading to our water heater. I advised the tech I was not interested and sent him on his way. That was on Monday 6/24/24.

I saw some recommendations for Protocol Plumbing on the Nextdoor app and gave them a call on 6/24. I made an appointment for Wednesday 6/26. Zack arrived on time, had the necessary parts, and not only replaced the corroded portion, he also added a valve for future shut off so the water heater would not need to be drained, and reconfigured the pipe so it was no longer in contact with another piece of metal that was also slightly corroded. The cost for this was less than one third the price for my heating/cooling company.

Protocol Plumbing is now my 'go to' plumbing company! Honest, reliable and knowledgeable and on time!

Recently I had all of my toilets replaced in my house as they were ancient and rusty. Eric with Protocol Plumbing was super helpful with scheduling and making sure I knew what toilets to pick up from Lowes for easy install. Zach came out and installed my toilets super quick and easy, but the trouble started the next morning when I noticed a few puddles of water coming from the front of the tank on one of the toilets. Zach got back to me ASAP and came out to see what the issue was. He was quickly able to see that the tank had a hairline fracture that was letting out tiny drops of water at a time. He helped me reach out to Lowes and figure out the quickest way to get parts replaced and I had a working toilet again within the hour. He was kind and courteous the whole time. Will be a repeat customer!

I had work done by these guys for 3 separate needs during a remodel and my experience was awesome each time. Erich is quick to respond and up front about pricing. His employees are respectful and knowledgeable. I never felt like I was being mislead or ripped off. One of the services they did was repairing a shoddy job that was done by a different plumbing company, where they had to actually cut a hole in the wall to fix what the other company had messed up. Protocol charged a third of what the other guys had charged for their shoddy work and it took about 3 hours for the repairs, whereas the other guys charged about $1200 for maybe 30 minutes of work that wound up having to be fixed anyway. Just good vibes all around from these guys and will contact for any future needs!

The service was great. I was in a bind for a toilet as mine was broken. I didn't have time to check around everywhere for prices. Also, I had no idea how much toilets were. The service is great as was the installation.

The repair was a leaking Moen faucets set that Southwest Plumbing, on a prior visit, proposed to repair by replacing the entire set for a ""mere"" $1,946.85.
The Protocol Plumbing tehnician removed the stubborn plastic nut that Southwest Plumbing didn't want to do it, in less than 30 minutes.
The entire repair (replacing both nuts and cartridges and tightning the valves under the sink) Protocol tehnician did it in less than one hour for less than $300,
saving me more than $1,600. Kudos to Protocol Plumbing.
Note: The Moen Eva bathroom faucets set has a thin wall plastic nut that gets easily stuck and is a big pain to remove when replacing the cartridge. Bad design Moen.
