We used this company recently. They were unable to actually do the work after a young man spent a long time attempting to clean a clogged pipe. They had to refer us to another company with different equipment. They were so polite and helpful and hard working. I apologize that we have a window access to our crawl space rather than a regular sized access. I would definitely use them again. The owner was very nice.

Erich is always available to help find solutions to problems as well as maintaining a staff of very qualified plumbers. They recently opened a display showroom at their new facility that is like none other in the region, with working fixtures and a variety of helpful alternatives to any problem plumbing. They are truly the best I have ever worked with.

This team has been our ""go to team"" since purchasing our home 5 years ago. We had a complicated plumbing situation that 2 other companies tried to solve without success. Protocol came out and had the entire thing solved in a few hours. When our septic backed up into a pipe under a concrete slab the septic guy said the whole slab would have to be removed. Protocol looked for an easier solution- they rerouted some plumbing, sealed the broken pipe off and we have been good since. They've just always taken good care of us- even for the small stuff like a sink that clogged just before our baby was born. We can't recommend them enough. Several of their guys have been out and they've all been great to work with.

Absolutely thrilled with the recent experience I just had with Protocol Plumbing! This was our third water leak, in our front yard (house built 1969) but the first time we called to have a trusted professional make the repairs. I called and left a non-emergency voicemail Sunday afternoon, they called first thing Monday morning (by 7:30am) -- Kyle came out 10 minutes later, and the pipe was repaired, cleaned up and water back on before 10am! Couldn't have been more pleased with how quickly and easily everything went, and how professional and efficient everyone was. Kyle especially was polite, friendly, throughout, didn't make or leave any mess whatsoever, and was in and out without wasting any time (and time = cost).

I'd absolutely trust them again -- the invoicing breakdown was completely throughout and precise, professional and less than I expected. I'm a young stay at home mom and I didn't at all feel like they took advantage of my potential lack of knowledge -- something you run into all the time with shady companies looking to make some extra money. Thrilled with the entire experience, and will be emailing the owner as well to let him know how grateful I am. Thank you guys for saving the day & getting our water back on!

Came in to the store and asked questions about my shower stem and handle.
Both the guys working there answered my questions, pointed me in the right direction, and gave me what I needed at an affordable price. Especially want to give a shout-out to Erich on this matter.

After getting generic/little of use consultation from Loew's, was refreshing to talk to specialists who knew what to say, quickly.

Would give these guys a ""6"" star review if I could. This is an honest review...actual plumbing issue. They were recommended by a friend. Their service was out and a plugged kitchen sink line was resolved in less than 90 minutes of my original call. The plumber sent was courteous, efficient and competent. The price for the repair was very reasonable. When I contacted the company the next day for what appeared a different problem, Eric (thinking the owner) was out personally along with another plumber, and he diagnosed and corrected that problem again in less than 90 minutes...I thought this was a different issue and was not specifically related to the original issue. He insisted that it was..and REFUSED PAYMENT! Eric and Zack corrected the secondary issue and its cause...better than what was before. Who does this anymore? They made a lifetime customer, earned my recommendations to all I know and to the Yelp Readers....Dubie from Mukilteo.
