I have used the services of Prothro Plumbing on three occasions for my home. In 2008, he addressed the problems with a constant running toilet. In 2010, he replaced the toilet fill valve and flapper in a different toilet. Lastly, in December 2018, he replaced my kitchen faucet. He is extremely honest, dependable, quiet and fast. Additionally, he goes above and beyond for his customers and always arrives at the scheduled time. About two weeks ago, I discovered that my kitchen faucet was leaking. I called Mr. Prothro and he patiently walked me through identifying and turning off the water to the sink and dishwasher. This was a very difficult task; I gave up many times stating that it was just too difficult. But, Mr. Prothro reassured me that I could do it and in the end, I was able to turn off the water.
