I used this company for a repair. They caused a huge flood from negligence and have yet to fix it since June. I have left multiple messages. This company did a plumbing job for me and did not turn the water off at the house. Somehow while doing the job they left my home unoccupied and the water came on leaving 2 areas where valves were not capped off causing a huge flood. They came to fix it and claimed it was their plumbers fault and he would be personally paying for all repairs. He did not do proper repairs and water sat on floors for over a week ruining more of the flooring and causing more issues and mold due to them not fixing the initial issue correctly. Since then, they have been completely unresponsive. Finally I received a call from their insurance company and now I still have no resolve and this is since June. I am out of pocket on damage and loss of income (its a rental property), had to replace 50% of my floors, ruined furniture, clothing, and the fact that i now have had a flood that I will have to claim when I go to sell the house in future which will cause a loss of income. I will also be filing an additional complaint with their insurance company as I have sent 7 emails, made 5 phone calls and still have not had a response as to what the resolve will be. I have never experienced such lack of care, incompetence and lack of integrity. I need this resolved and am at a huge out of pocket loss.

We noticed water seeping from under our counter and could not find the leak, we called Protek and they came out within 24 hours and had the issue identified and installed a solution within 2 hours. They know what they are doing and how to work here in Florida. This was extremely reassuring as we are from CT and are not used to a house with no basement. They walked us through every step of the fix, were upbeat and professional. We highly recommend their service, they care about their clients and their responsiveness is unmatched.

RUN AWAY NOW! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used them, and they ripped me off. Had an issues with a slow drain, they sold me a $1,100 """"DE-casting"""" job! WHICH CAME TO FINAL COST OF $1,300. After work was done, problem didn't go away. Had to clean it out myself, In 10 minutes I cleaned the drain from all the hair and problem went away. Should have done that in the first place and save money. CAN'T TRUST these so called """"PROFESSIONALS"""". Their young specialist said that he attempted to clean out few times, but he could not so he sold me that service I didn't need. STAY AWAY! SAVE YOUR MONEY$!

When they inspected the drain line, I have been told it needs to be fixed for a certain amount. I placed the order and found out only one part has been taken care off. Now I have been told the other line was still fine. But the full amount had been charged. Werner Untrieser Nokomis
