First let's start with confirmation of the appointment. I was told the installer would be there at 7am. By 8:15 he showed apparently this has happened before settling appointments at 7am and the installer is told to be there at 8am so my wife and I left the hotel early to meet someone who had not intentions of being there that early.

I bought a water softener and charcoal tank. I'm not so sure the total ended where the quote started I know they had to run anew drain line and they did clean up the of system. It seems the total was several hundred dollars higher than quoted. I should have written down the phone quote

I did not receivable owners manual with the new system and was told the company had requested them but were not receiving them. The installer had to leave the job to get more parts to replace the drain line which I told them was bad from the start. After waiting several hours he returned to finish the job. What was quoted as a 2hour job took all day. Then to top it off no salt for the tank. I was told each customer likes different types of salt so they don't supply any with a new install. What!

Not sure I chose the right company hopefully the system works as it should.

Workmanship and parts are only covered for 30 days? Keeping my fingers crossed

Had a water softening system and reverse osmosis system installed. Got a great deal on both systems and install. Customer service was great for assisting me with the purchase and setting the install appointment. Installers were on time with everything they needed. Installation was fast and clean. After install they showed me everything I needed to know about my system and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service and installation.

The owner Will is a generous, helpful, honest guy! We need more people in the world like him! He runs his company wonderfully! On time, hard workers, explain everything to the home owner and go out of their way to make it perfect. Alex was our technician.... he is amazing! 10 stars for sure! Now that I made it clear that all the people I dealt with were amazing let's talk about our water! HOLY COW the water tastes so good!!! And the bath water.... HEAVEN! Your body feel so soft and nice after a shower or a bath! Call them today!
