I had Pro Tech come out for a second opinion on my single handle bathtub faucet. I was told that it would be $49.99 for the consultation. The service guy, who was very nice, came out and gave me a quote (170.00+) to repair the cartridge in the faucet. In addition to the quote, he told me that he was unable to get the faucet handle off so he would have to cut it, which I agreed to. He cut the handle and replaced the cartridge. However, it did not stop the leak. He told me that maybe it needed a different cartridge. He didn't have it on his truck so he would have to pick it up and come back later, which he did. When he was finished, he told me that the cartridge was not the problem. He said it was the housing in the wall that needed to be replaced ($770.00+). It was too late for him to do it that day but the office would call me the next day to set it up. Oh and I owed him $120.00 for his time even though he did not fix anything. That was a week ago. I still have a leak, no faucet handle, and no one from their company has called.

Absolutely thr best! I called four plumbers in the afternoon. Two of them could not come until the following day. One came out and refused to work in the rain. The guys from ProTech came out next. The entire experience was great from the call to customer service to the plumbers themselves. Great service and fair price.

Excellent Service! Well worth purchasing a maintenance agreement for my HVAC system, They've always been courteous, ring just before the Tech will arrive, thorough and clean up when necessary. When repairs need to be made, they explain what needs to be done, and exactly how much it will cost prior to starting the repairs.
