ProTech started in 2004 with a single technician serving all CSM Corporation properties. Motivated by the guidance from our leaders, ProTech was created as a focused division within CSM to handle its properties. At first, we concentrated on caring for CSM locations and their residents, but we have since broadened our expertise and built enduring relationships with new property owners. Today, more than 50% of our business is derived from partners independent of CSM, showcasing our growth as a dependable source of maintenance solutions in the Twin Cities area.
